The facility and room was very clean. The service at reception was also very good but service at the onsite restaurants were poor. We had to ask for everything, for example we asked for cutleries after our food came. I would skip the restaurants onsite and just go out to eat as the location is amazing and close to everything.

The hotel and rooms were beautiful, but the amenities and service were disappointing. We rented two suites; one had only one towel and the other had two. Despite calling several times, additional towels were never delivered. The same issue occurred with toilet paper and blankets. We eventually had to find a housekeeper ourselves the next morning to get what we needed. In the suite I stayed in, the shower had cold water and very low water pressure. At the pool, they ran out of frozen drinks and pool towels. On our last day, we had brunch at the hotel and they ran out of orange juice, yet kept telling us someone was getting more the entire time. This was very upsetting, especially given how expensive the hotel was. We were also surprised by multiple extra charges at check-in. We had also book a dinner sunset cruise through hotel which tickets were given online but found out later that day they were no good and the third party they used to book it had over booked the boat. We were all dressed up and ready to go when we found out. It was our last night and it was ruined. Very upsetting.
