The hotel was clean and the staff were attentive. I was bitten by something in my room which left multiple bites on my legs but the hotel staff was very responsive particularly the Head of Security and the Asst Manager of Housekeeping. They checked the room, changed the sheets, and all was well for the rest of the trip. The hotel is full of color, and fun options.. and the location cannot be beat. Strongly recommend the ocean view rooms - you can see the cruise ships coming in daily.. Overall not a bad stay at all.

Clean room, staff was friendly, overcrowded due to extra guests on day passes from cruise ships. Adult only pool got very little sun so it was cold so forced to sit with all the kids. The music is pumped in pretty much all day & night & is super loud. Not relaxing at all. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I couldn’t figure out how to operate the a/c. My room had a joining door to the next room. I could hear everything in that room-and the kids in that room were loud. I had to ask several times to get waters and then eventually walk to the desk. The elevators were malfunctioning. None of the ice makers worked. I had to go to the vacation café to get ice in my ice bucket. The constant music playing outside was annoying. Gratuity was added to everything, even purchasing a soda. It was ridiculous. Only one chair on the balcony was not cool. The staff was (for the most part, friendly. And the spa experience was very good. Pricey for what it is, but good.

The staff smiles, laughs but needs to do work. I stayed for three days, a tray of coffee cups I bought was on the table for three days. Breakfast in installments. Waiters crowd around instead of serving. Ordering pizza requires a university degree, go up, go down, say so and you will receive. They are looking for the bartender to serve the guests. Enough, be serious.

Room advertised as “ocean front” but had view totally blocked by palm trees. When asked to change we’re told the property was fully booked. It was nearly empty all week. Will it be back.

The balcony was amazing with beautiful views of Paradise Island and the Harbor. Watching the early morning arrivals of the cruise ships was a fun coffee treat for me.

Room is clean and nice with great views from ocean. See a lot of cruise ships coming in and out. Resorts front desks staff service and skills need to improve.

Ac adjustment complicated and could not figure it out and did not function well , Dining options limited , Beach Bar food order taking one hour is too long even though we are on vacation and understand but for the type of food served is no reason to take this amount of time
