The Grand Hyatt Baha Mar was very nice for our family of 10 ages 7 to 68. We are not casino people, but we all enjoyed the beach, pools and water park. The MTS transportation service was amazing for helping transport us to our excursions and the airport. The Restaurants were great. We ate at Marcus which was amazing, The Sugar Factory was awesome, especially the desserts, my children loved Cinko for the sushi. All the pool area eating establishments were great too. All the guys out front were so nice. Ronard helped us a lot. All the staff were very nice to us. We had an awesome stay there. Would highly recommend it. The only thing that would make it better, was if the pools were open past 5pm each day. But I am sure you have some people who would not watch their children and that could be dangerous. Just maybe some type of nightly activity that was not arcade base. Overall a great family vacation and we made so many great memories. We will be back. Thank you for having such a great staff and facility to enjoy.

We stayed as a multigenerational family of nine—adult children with spouses and three kids—and the resort handled it effortlessly. From check-in to checkout, the operation is tight, professional, and built for families who want both energy and comfort. The property itself is expansive, immaculately maintained, and intelligently designed. There’s enough variety that everyone finds their lane—kids stay engaged, adults relax, and no one feels boxed in. That’s not easy to execute at this size, but Baha Mar gets it right. The water activities were a standout. Jet skiing was pure adrenaline and a definite crowd-pleaser across generations. What really seals the deal is how family-friendly the resort is without feeling chaotic. Staff are polished, responsive, and clearly trained to manage large groups smoothly. You feel taken care of without being hovered over. This is old-school hospitality executed with modern scale and ambition. Grand Hyatt Baha Mar isn’t just a resort—it’s a well-run ecosystem that knows exactly what it’s doing. Strong recommendation.
