Admittedly, it was a very busy week for vacation-but felt like staff overwhelmed. Long lines, long wait for elevators, long waits for shuttles to golf courses, etc.. Not enough pool/beach chairs. Just seems like for such a big place they still were not ready to accommodate as many people who stay there. Would not go back-not worth the $$

Staff was rude, prices were ridiculous for food and the quality of the food at the restaurants was not at all what they claim. Carna was awful. The last day we ate at Marcus, that was the only restaurant worth eating at. That was actually good. If your looking for Vegas in the Caribbean than I guess baha mar is the spot. Service fees attached to everything. Hidden costs, we went into town one late afternoon, we immediately went back. Very much a 3rd world country. We will never go back. Honestly I couldn’t wait to leave.. I regret not reading reviews prior to booking our trip, live and learn..
