Overall an amazing - if much more expensive than anticipated — experience! Rooms were exceptionally clean / bummer that we got assigned a junior balcony instead of a full one. But with so much space “on campus” - no need to be in the room other than to shower, change and sleep. All the staff were so kind and friendly. One note of caution - do not go to Carna Steakhouse. Made that mistake first night. Great service but subpar steak (I am used to NY steakhouses) and absolute thievery on their prices. It will take you a while to find but there is ONE red wine under $200 for the bottle which is passable to eat with your steak (ours was a “porterhouse” with an full inch plus of fat down one side - rest wasn’t that great either)?very, very disappointed. We LOVED Marcus Fish and Chophouse. It’s down by the beach - we were so excited to leave the casino building complex for dinner- make sure you sit up on second floor which is covered roof but open air sides to the water. Just stunning ! And you can go there for just drinks at their spacious bar (and pro tip- they serve their dinner menu at the bar so if you can’t get reservations). Beach, casino, the jazz club, too many pools to count. And the water park slides! Oh my gosh …. So fun. An amazing time. This place is big enough to not be on a loop. You can do something different every day. Took a roadtrip downtown Nassau for some local culture and that was fun to! Would love to come back again and hope to do so.

Wonderful experience. Our first room although clean and beautiful the entire floor had a horrible smell. We called the front desk and they got us another room on a higher floor with a better view. The rest of the stay went even better. Great staff, everyone was helpful. We ate at the high end Japanese steakhouse the first night and sat at bar. Bartender was fun and attentive. Made us some specialty drinks not on menu, he made up and food was superb. Hung by the beach the next day and walked the property. Well maintained and managed. We will come again.

Had a good time a lot of the food wasnt the best super expensive in my opinion room was clean had a good view staff was always friendly pool was my favorite of the hotel would stay again if it wasnt for the $600 hold thats a bit much from what im use to

Beautiful grounds. Loved the water fountain and water fire shows. Excellent beach access Much to enjoy within the resort. Will return!
