The room wasn’t very clean, the floor felt sticky. Many places were closed during our stay which was understandable because there was a hurricane but staff all around the resort were pretty rude. I do not recommend this resort. For the prices they charge it is not worth it. Go next door to the Goldwynn

My sister and I had an amazing stay at the SLS baha mar! The staff there are just the best and so kind! That was definitely the highlight of out stay! We had an issue with the keys the second day but they quickly resolved it! The staff definitely made the difference. I will definitely come again!
