We didn’t have a balcony, we asked for and upgrade at check in and offered to pay and we’re declined. Others with us complained and were given upgrades at no cost. The resort fee is ridiculous, we had to ask for waters each day and would be given 2 when 4 were in our room.

There was only 2 of the staff members that were very friendly. The price over everything was very high had to leave to eat and get coffee. Hotel was beautiful just wish the people working here were kind.

The facility and room was very clean. The service at reception was also very good but service at the onsite restaurants were poor. We had to ask for everything, for example we asked for cutleries after our food came. I would skip the restaurants onsite and just go out to eat as the location is amazing and close to everything.
