I like that it felt safe and cleanliness of the building and hotel was really good. The beach was beautiful and accessible. There was a lot of good options locally to the building. I did have a $45 cigar stolen from my room. I tried to report it to the desk and was dismissed. Hotel elevators broke down towards the end of the trip. And the cable was out 2 days out of the trip. I didn't know that there was a $45 reservation fee and $100 a day whole fee prior to going. The pictures of the room display something a lot larger than what it is. Would have preferred accurate photographs. The only disappointment really was the 45 cigar that was taken from the room. No other items was stolen.

The staff were extremely professional, polite and helpful!!! We always received the best care and tips of where to go and what to do during our stay! The room service and maid cleans were timely and I felt like there were always good people around to help make our stay more comfortable! The breakfast options were lovely and the pool side bar had great drink service and delicious food!! We would definitely stay here again! Special shout out to Nyla and Joshua for the great service for us during our breakfast mornings!

This is an historical building. It should be treated as such. Instead, the bathroom showers are deplorable with mold and the sinks and rest of the bathrooms arent properly cleaned everyday. There is noise coming from the air vents or behind the walls that the staff says they are not aware of, but were forced to admit that they heard it as I rang the front desk to come to my room and listen for themselves at 2 am. This hotel could be so glamorous with it beauty and history. Instead, they are milking the cow only serving a spoonful of milk.

Some creepy guy knocked on our door while I went to get food and my wife was there taking a shower. We told security and they did not even show up to tell the guy to leave. A couple of days later the security guard followed us around because he thought we had ganja on us. The food is a joke
