Clean property. Everything was beautifully appointed. Nice beach beside the cruise ship pier. The hotel is secure and escorted the two people they saw come in without the proper armband!

We had an excellent time during our stay. Beautiful building and rooms. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Our toilet did not work in room 704 on our first night, but they were able to relocate us the next morning without issue. Beds are amenities were great! Food in the area is PRICEY! We brought a bunch of snacks and quick bites with us for the kids. The restaurant on the pier was the highlight for us. Sea Turtles, Sting Rays, and a Manatee naturally hanging out in the ocean. Beach was small but met all of our needs and never got too crowded. We actually preferred it to the other more commercial and busy hotels nearby.

Dumpy money grab

The room stunk like mildew. The whole place was tired. Amazingly, the sidewalk going to the back entrance from the pool area had water ponding at the entrance a simple fix, but it was a mess every time you walked in the building. I was there two nights and they charged me $70 to have my car parked there overall disappointing. But to be honest, all of the Nassau is rundown and It’s just a tourist money grab from the cruise ships. I won’t be back.

Very clean and beautiful hotel. Maids cleaned our room everyday. Lots of shopping around hotel so excellent location. Everything closes too early though. I feel they should cater to hotel guest, and not just to people on cruises that leave early. Almost all food establishments close for good at 5:30 or 6:00. Excellent workers though.

The view from our room was amazing! The food was amazing at hotel! Things I didn’t like were a very weird smell in room but nothing too serious to lose sleep over it, another thing I didn’t like was that everything has to be paid by credit card and someone like me hates having things charged to my card, only one restaurant was opened the others were opened the last day we were there, except for the restaurant outside by pool that was always opened but closes at 6pm. Everything outside closes for business at 6pm so make sure you eat dinner out of hotel if you didn’t want to charge it to your card. Shops were close by, the distillery, fish fry, queens staircase is walking distance. The beach was amazing, the pools were amazing. The properties are all connected so you could use pools from hotel Nextdoor

Best business hotel for working in downtown Nassau, close to Government buildings, taxi to airport, walkable for tourists - but a local’s hotel with a rich 100 year history and photography collection. Lovely place for a midday rest in busy Nassau

Overall it was phenomenal, when we arrived we had a leak in our room. Rakeem didn’t hesitate and resolved our issue immediately. The tavern was amazing, the food was great and had a variety of food. Trevor had great service and made us come back 3 times! Thank you so much for being so hospitable and we plan on coming back!
