Room- my friends room had a wet floor and they doing do anything about it until the third day when we insisted they change the room. The activities were non existent- for example, it said pool volleyball would be played at 11:30. Not once was pool volleyball ever played. They said beach volleyball would be played at 3:30. It was only offered one of the five days we were there. The nighttime entertainment was a gentleman who actually sang very well, but did the same playlist every night. The food was pretty good. But the other three restaurants that you could eat from or horrible! And the service everywhere was horrible. The people were very nice! Except for the lady at the front desk that brushed off the wet room instance.

Room was nice and clean, resort could be amazing! Thing that need improvement is the dinning for dinner, it’s straight chaos and even when you do get a spot the process from ordering to food to long. I also think there’s should be multiple restaurants open. Another thing that could make them a 5 star is bringing back the water activities or at least offering them. Also a coffee and ice cream place would be amazing. Most of the staff are amazing and cheerful, but a few look and act miserable and are not friendly. I will return but I’m hoping they take the resort to the next level. So much potential.

Not a good resort. Bugs, rood staff, and low morale. Not worth your money. They don't even have water or a refrigerator in the room. I've killed so many bugs.

The resort is older, but, Staff is amazing, friendly, helpful, Rooms are clean, resort is clean, beach is cleaned daily. Pools are kept clean. Food is delicious. Would definitely go back. Met a lot of people on the resort that have been back multiple times due to the food and staff. also due to the interactive games that are put on.

No utensils no water- basically had to go to waiter area, and get it, if they see you getting your own, they’ll continue to let you service yourself. Dirty restaurant- they don’t take empty plates away from table, no hand sanitizer anywhere.

Excellent service and dining options. Lots of food and alcohol options. Fun pool and beach activities! Friendly check ins. The sit down restaurants were nice and good was great. Pool area and hotel and bathrooms were always clean. 24 hour self serve coffee and drinks. Excellent options and reasonable! Hope to stay again next year. We had 4 rooms each with 2 people! We all loved it.

So this is not a premium resort. Food and drinks are all inclusive but the main lunch and dinner buffet leave much to be desired. Breakfast was awesome but lunch and dinner are just aweful. Staff is great though. Two of the three on site included restaurants, Martion's and Garden of Eden (did not have opportunity to eat at the third), were quite good for dinner. Rooms are like a typical moderately priced hotel, air conditioner was loud. We like white noise in room so it helped drown out hallway noise. The main hall plays probably too loud music most evenings. Its the area where the bar, pool tables, ping pong and sitting area and was too loud to have any type of conversation. Would we go there again? Probably not. We would stay at a nicer hotel newr the downtown area and just pay for meals. Probably cheaper that way.
