The room was very clean. It was quiet.They even had a birthday set up for my birthday. Waitress Shacodny in the main buffet room, was very pleasant. She is very good for the tourism product.I recommend some recognition or award for her.

Very outdated. Rooms look like the 70’s they have never been updated. Hotel smells musty. The only things that were good was the food and the bartenders and entertainment staff. What ever you do don’t lose your wrist band! My son lost his wristband the day we were leaving and management attacked him and didn’t believe he was a guest of the hotel. Even after I went down to main lobby and told him he was with me. He was going to charge us $200 for a new wristband 8 hours before we were set to check out of the hotel. Then he said if we found the wristband he would give him another one and when we couldn’t find it he was still going to charge $100. My son said told him he would not make me pay for another one leave the property and stay outside all night. Of course I wasn’t going to let him stay out by himself so I went with him. I then decided to check out of the hotel at 3 in the morning so I went back to the hotel packed our suitcases. As I was leaving the manager asked where I was going and I told him we were checking out. He then told me that the security guard “found” the wristband and we could go back to hotel. I went to tell my son and he wanted nothing to do with the hotel or the manager. I checked out and we stayed up all night outside in a foreign country. Couldnt wait to leave.

The staff was courteous, lots of food options. enjoyed the strawberry and rum frosty, and loved the salmon with jerk seasoning from Munasan.The steak at Eden was not to my likely. The buffet for breakfast had variety that I didn't really repeat a breakfast meal. The room had a great view but the room was dated, but by staying at the Breezes, with meals & drinks included, I saved over $1300 of what Baha Mar would have cost. And I really needed just hotel for sleeping and showering and Baha Mar is overpirced for what I need. The bed was super comfortable. I will be staying there again because of the cost saving and will try the evening buffet.

The resort was very clean, the bed was comfortable, but the entertainment was lacking. Most oeople just sat around looking bored. Lastly, if you're all inclusive, one shouldn't bave to leave their room on the 5th floor to go downstairs for a glass of water at night.

Great resort, fantastic staff, delicious dinner... why didn't I give 5? - There was no internet reception in my room. The internet was more or less ok at the reception area only. I asked if something could be done, but the response was that there is only one router for the entire hotel, located at reception. I believe in 2025, the internet is a must in any place, like for example towels, so if the hotel can fix this, it will reach exceptional service!

The room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Amenities were great! Beds and pillows are A+. Food delicious and service was lovely. The only thing I did not like was I was there for the weekend (daughter's 21st Bday) Breezes was very quiet on Friday night. The club there is only open on Saturday night. After the live senior band ends no music playing, no activities, nothing. We had to go next door to Baha Mar's club that is open every night. Breezes is awesome definitely recommend it but not a party place. We found a liquor store when we went to the city and bought a bottle, need to do that if you want to drink after 10pm if not you will luvvv this place for sure.
