Really liked Breezes just think it needs an update and could be a little cleaner in a lot of areas. Pools are nice and beach is great compared to neighboring resorts that their beaches were over crowded majorly. Restaurants had great food however with only one being open each night if you weren’t there at 6ish the wait was very long to get in. Really wanted to try the Asian restaurant but in the four nights we were there it wasn’t open. We went off the resort twice for dinner which is not what we wanted to do since we paid do all inclusive. Staff was great major thing should be improved and I heard this from every guest I talked to was the evening meal one of two restaurants only open and the long wait to get a seat was awful especially since we went off the resort and ended up spending hundreds of dollars more.

This was a nice hotel. Rooms are out dated. Food was ok. The charge for late checkout is $30 per hour, I thought that was a bit excessive. They didn’t allow early check-in for me, which was a bummer. Beach is beautiful and close to the hotel and pool area.

Resort is in a great location—large stretch of beachfront with crystal clear waters is unbeatable. Staff were friendly! Plenty of amenities! Cons to note are that the walls are quite thin and the food isn’t great—not bad, but not really very good either. Pros definitely outweigh the cons, though. Would return!

Dirty, dingy, and very old. It needs to be renovated. The rooms are terrible; there's nothing in them – no refrigerator, no drinking water, not even a glass or a mug. There's only an old TV with a blurry picture, a bed, and a wardrobe. The staff is unfriendly, as if they're working there as punishment, and they don't provide accurate information. They should receive proper training.

This hotel was a big disappointment. The entire place feels extremely outdated, from the décor to the old TVs, and it clearly hasn’t kept up with the times. The pool was unusable — no heating at all, and despite everyone wanting to swim, the water was freezing cold. The internet connection was awful and barely worked, which is unacceptable nowadays. With so many newer, modern hotels right next door, it’s very clear this property is long overdue for major updates. As it stands, it doesn’t come close to meeting current standards.

It was not accessible for people with disabilities, no water or coffee in the room and no one to bring it to you. It was nice for people who are able to help themselves but for me it was not good. I tried to go get my water but the doors was to heavy for me to use my walker and try to carry anything. I will stay again but only if the service improve for people with disabilities, thank you.

The entertainment and staff were very friendly, which made for a welcoming experience. The location is excellent and very convenient. The food was decent overall. However, the building itself is in need of major upgrades, which took away from the overall impression. With some renovations, this place could be much better.
