"I have dust allergy and as soon as I laid down on the bed, I started sneezing. The body wash container was empty and the coffee machine was beyond dirty. When I talked to the reception while leaving, their response was "why didn't you ask for a room change", no apology or anything of that sort. I had arrived late and didn't notice many things until I had to start using them. Besides, when any of us book a room, it's not out responsibility to check and make sure things are clean and utilities are refilled. One of my worst hotel experiences so far, will not recommend the place."

"The room was huge! Kitchen well-appointed. The pool and gym area were meticulously clean. Located very centrally downtown and could walk most places. Close to shopping and restaurants. "I was worried after reading several horrific reviews however, my fiancé and I were there for four nights and five days and the room was clean and excellent location to old Port Montreal. The bus stop is right outside the hotel which made it easy to commute around for cheap. We took advantage of the self-serve laundry room they have a vending machine in the lobby that has laundry detergent and dryer sheets in it. For the washer and dryer it was around three dollars per machine. Our room was very large with a living room and couch. The cons would be no coffee in the rooms no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash in the rooms. Our hairdryer wasn’t working and the bed was extremely small other than that. Excellent stay. Would return."
