Our room was not cleaned at all for the 4 night stay. We were not told at check in we had to request it. On the 2nd night we did request it for the next day, but it was still not cleaned. We had to take out our own bins to the street bins outside. Reception staff were not very helpful.

Deadly hot temperature inside of room

Check in process was smooth and nice. Room condition seems like clean and looks good. But, the problem was too hot inside of room. My son called the reception center and asked some help to resolve this deadly hot condition problem for couple of times, but we couldn't get any propoer solution and reaction from hotel side. Really disappointed at this hotel reaction. I will not recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Stayed here for a couple of nights. The location was decent—within walking distance to shops and restaurants—but there were a few drawbacks that made the stay just okay overall. The shower in our room wasn’t working properly (loose handle and fluctuating temperature), which was frustrating. The terrace, which looked like a nice place to relax, unfortunately closed fairly early in the evening, so we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked. Also worth noting: there’s no on-site parking, which made arrival and departure a bit inconvenient since we had to find street parking nearby. That said, the staff were polite, and the room was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. If you're not too picky and just need a place to sleep, it’s serviceable—but don’t expect too much beyond the basics.

Stayed here 13yrs ago and things have changed. The main issue was parking and not being allowed to keep the room key for a "Souvenir". The restaurant was nice and so was the comedy show. Close to old Montreal

Headboard in room had stains, walls were stained, sheets were stained as well as the duvet which didn’t have a duvet cover it had two flat sheets in between which didn’t do anything. The hallways smelled like pee. At 9:30am while we were sleeping housekeeping knocked twice then proceeded to open the door and i had to scream for her to understand we were inside. (no the service please sign was not on the door). I wouldn’t stay here again and the price was way too high for the quality of this hotel. Pictures on website are pretty deceiving.

El hotel es agradable, el agua se fue en las horas de la tarde y regresó en la madrugada fue algo negativo ya que estábamos muy sudados y con niños pequeños. Le preguntamos por el servicio de valet parking que ellos ofrecen en la plataforma de 22 CAD y me dijeron que no a pesar que les mostré que si lo ofrecían por ser cliente recurrente de expedía.

Location, location, location

The location is excellent, downtown near Chinatown. As platinum plus members, we were supposed to get comped for our parking which we did not but the valet helped us find street parking for our 9 ft. tall van. We did get an upgrade to a room with a view. The bathroom was well lit, but lighting elsewhere was very dim, more decorative than functional. The dark grey walls and furniture make it darker. There were sufficient outlets, a coffee maker and a fridge. No microwave. Allô mon coco is an excellent breakfast cafe nearby.
