We arrived for our 25th anniversary and to our surprise received two Beautifully decorated pieces of cheesecake to commemorate. The staff were cheerful, polite, helpful and made everything about our staff a wonderful getaway. Beds are wonderful. Hallways are quiet. Gym has something for everyone to get their morning workout in. Omni is our Montreal getaway of choice.

Clean, close to everything, staff is friendly, professional, and go above and beyond. The only thing I did not like is if you check in early before 12 there is a fifty dollar fee. Never had to pay with any other competitor

I can confidently say this is one of the best hotel experiences I've had. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and bottle of complimentary water was a nice touch. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a great view. Locations of the Hotel made it easy for us to get around Montreal on foot and those times that we needed a car, valet brought our car to us within 10 minutes. This is the Hotel of my choice when I visit Montreal.
