Omni Montréal.

Good location. People very nice. Surprised at the lack of amenities. Tiny shampoo etc… Hampton inn had better room amenities. Website said pool and the elevator still has pool listed. Very disappointed about not having a pool. One reason we booked this hotel. Also very surprised sheets weren’t changed in the four nights we stayed.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is located near restaurants, art museums and art galleries. There is a Starbucks across the street. They don’t provide complimentary waters in the room. The shower had black mold on the grout and the curtains and chairs were stained/dirty.

The service is amazing and the front desk staff was so kind. Area is great. The hotel itself, outside of the lobby, is so dated and dirty. I actually had the switch hotels. It may have been a one off, but I won’t ever stay here again.

Excellent location (McGill U across the street, restaurants and shopping within minutes) and great views from higher floors. I'm giving this 4 stars because the rooms are aging (decor is several decades out of date, the pool and hot tub were out of order (looks like a while) and not a single USB port to be found). Nice gym and bar/lounge. Restaurant more like a Perkins with upscaled pricing. Overall though we'd stay again as rooms were large and clean.
