The hotel itself was ok, but the only reason we booked this Hotel instead of another one was because they had a hot tub and sauna on site. The hot tub was disgustingly dirty, couldn't even see the tiles on the floor through the cloudy water and the sauna was out of order. Is there anyway we could be refunded a portion of our payment? Thanks.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool, gym area were in good condition and clean. Staff was helpful and pleasant. The elevator is a high speed one that runs all the time. It is so loud it woke us up several times during the night. Woosh all the time. Try to get a room away from the elelvators.
