"Staff were good. There was no suitcase stand in the room. The mattresses were saggy. They must have been used for a long period of time. The floor tiles had a few cracks. The ice maker was out of order in such hot day!"

"Liked — good bed and OK linens / check—in desk staff / location next to Gare Centrale Disliked — all of the stairs (elevators not functioning) / coffee maker in room also not working / very dark (black) decor / dim lighting, especially at night /place looked tired in need of refresh — frayed carpets in hallways and tired furniture, especially in lobby."

"The room was okay carpet very dirty , ripping by the door, some electrical plugs have shorted do mot work the staff terrible, especially the night clerk she was rude and very racists, very noticeable as we are not Caucasian see hiw see dealt with other Caucasian people do not recommend and no value for your money, lots off lipstick to make it look good but still very dirty."
