Hotel gets 5 stars from me. Super convenient and staff is friendly and helpful checking in and out. The hot tub and sauna is an amazing feature. We used the metro and the station is right under the hotel so very easy to get around. Very close to the bus stops. No doubt I would stay here again. Close to Saint Catherine's and dining options. The ducks outside were adorable. We did not get the hotel parking as I found a lot nearby that was less as my car was above the height limit for their garage.

Enjoyed the roof top pool and the fact that reception was on the 10th floor! We were there for one night on F1 weekend so we're very lucky to get a room at more or less the last minute.

Located in the middle of downtown Montréal with easy access to the Metro an great shopping, this rooftop hotel (in an albeit older building) is an escape with relaxing pool and hot top, and an unique tranquil nature walk meanders through the roof top. The room is pleasant with a view of the almost tropical garden and waterfall. However the wait staff may need additional training with engaging with visitors. Comparing the Marriot staff locate across the street with Bonaventures, I must say I felt more welcome there, though I was not a guest there.

Nice hotel, well located, excellent outdoor pool

The hotel was booked for a business trip. The check in was smooth however when I informed them that my wife would be joining while I was at work and to give her access, this was not noted and I had to be called out of a meeting to verify this with reception upon her arrival. This is not the standard expected when paying for a premium service. The hotel was conveniently located to the centre and the metro. The facilities were good with an excellent gym, nice heated pool and good bar area. If the pool bar offered service to the sun loungers they would make a significant amount of additional income. The rooms were clean and spacious with a nice fridge, however no mini bar. Sadly the hotel still used mini plastic bottles instead of refillable shampoo and conditioner which is not eco- friendly. They really indulged in the F1 theme which was fun. We booked and paid for a late checkout, however on our day of checkout housekeeping tried to enter at 08:30am which made no sense, and again later when they told us they had not been informed of our late checkout. The hotel is good, however the communication between the staff is not at the level expected for this type of establishment.
