Beautiful, very large and clean room. Great service and lounge. Staff in lounge were wonderful. Only complaint is they do not offer complimentary beer, wine and cocktails in the lounge at any time - this comes across as very stingy, especially given the price and other comparable lounges at hotels. Also, Fairmont hotels elsewhere offer that, so very confusing and leads to disappointment.

Instead of an open bar though, the gold lounge featured a self serve cash bar with exorbitant prices (price of a cocktail made by a bartender is less in the hotel restaurant).
