The room was lovely, the location was perfect and the staff couldn’t have been better. We had such a lovely winter getaway and loved spending time by the fireplace in the lobby at the end of each night!

Staff were very helpful. Rooms were really comfortable and well kept. Would definitely stay again - the only negative was hearing footsteps and conversations of some of the other guests, but this was short lived and out of the control of hotel.

A pleasant hotel in a good location. The lift was a little bit shaky - doors opening beforecit has fully stopped. Restaurant could do much better - service was not great. Reception staff efficient and helpful.
