We loved that the hotel was walking distance to everything we wanted to see and experience as tourists to this wonderful city. The fully equipped suites allowed us the flexibility of home style living along with us experiencing the hospitality of the many local restaurants. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful with their local knowledge and expertise. The pool on the roof although compact, allowed for an end of day soak to ease away the day’s walking fatigue. Breakfast was a real bonus and could be taken in the dining area or plated up to eat in our suite. All in all we were thankful we booked this amazing hotel.

This was really a lovely place to stay! The staff members were so helpful and friendly :D They were helpful with all of my questions about Montreal and made my week-long stay much more pleasant. Thank you to Vincent, Peter, Gaston, Anis and Carlos for their input throughout my visit. (My only "complaint" would be asking the folks who do the cleaning to vacuum more thoroughly.... Thanks!)

One of the largest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in conveniently less than a five minute walk from the major train station all the amenities one could use for staying for an extended period. Beautiful friendly front desk and centrally located near everything one could need. Had a terrific time. I recommend it highly.

Great place to stay. Location is near many restaurants and great shopping. Be sure to eat at the best pizza place ever, just 30 feet from the front door. We had a king suite with separate bedroom, full kitchen and it was perfect. Would highly recommend this place!!!!

Great location to walk around, and getting to Old Montreal. Rooms are big, great breakfast in the breakfast area, good variety. Rooms are clean, it seemed quiet here , we stayed for 3 nights it was as perfect. Would recommend to stay here and would come back

The breakfast was lacking. For a hotel of this caliber, we had expected bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs, and a waffle maker as we have experienced with lesser accommodations. However, the breakfast was limited to toast, cereal, a small selection of fruit and some cold cuts. Very disappointing. The bed was very soft, and was difficult to sleep on. Some may prefer soft instead of a hard mattress so it’s a matter of preference. That aside, the staff at this hotel are exceptional! Customer service is top-notch! The room itself was very clean and quite spacious. Excellent value for the money. Parking is limited to valet, but the valet staff are also very courteous and professional. We did not use the swimming facilities, but the rooftop Terrace offers a beautiful view of the neighborhood. The hotel is located, conveniently by Saint Catherine St., and the Eaton Center with its underground mall, which is a must see experience. Plenty of food options nearby including a Krispy Kreme, which we visited twice during our stay.
