Courteous, efficient front desk staff. Suite was clean and spacious. Kitchenette well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment. Note: walls are apparently not sound-proof. Noise from adjacent rooms and in the hallways was noticeable.

The hotel seemed old but was homely. Lots of cleaning staff working throughout the day. The swimming pool was nice. The business center provided a nice working space. However, The beds were too soft. The sofa bed was hard to pull out. Blankets were very thin. The sound insulation was poor. One night two men’s all night chat came through the window and kept me awake all night.

Overall a good stay. Staff was excellent and helpful throughout. Couple of things… - the hotel is very hot- in the rooms and hallways as well. We turned off the heat completely in the room but still had to crack a window -would be great to add hot items to the breakfast options but there was plenty of good things to eat- recco going early as it gets busy -pull out couch is very small and would be good for small children - if you have four adults, would recco bringing an air mattress or arrange for a cot which we did -great location - right downtown and close to shopping etc The staff made our stay great! Will be back for sure!

The room is spacious compared to other places, with a kitchen and appliances we didn’t really use but it’s nice to have. The staff was very polite and helpful and keep the room clean. If I would say something negative, it’s the noise from neighbouring rooms and very tight parking lots underground. But overall very satisfactory!

First of all, we paid for a room with a queen bed. We have a queen bed in our home and can confirm that our bed was not a queen bed, but instead was a double. This is not what we paid for. My partner was too tall for the bed, and had we had a queen bed, it wouldn’t have been an issue. With that being said, the bed is one of the most uncomfortable things we have ever laid on. Secondary, our room was insanely hot. We were unable to control the heat in our room, and noticed that that temperature gauge was just hanging on the wall when we arrived. The parking garage is a disaster. We were called the morning to move our car because we were in a spot with a charger, however, it was not clearly parked. The pool is advertised as heated, but was definitely not on the day of the 29th. Multiple people in the pool with us agreed. The hotel has refused to address our complaints.

I didnt see any obvious notes when booking that the undergound parking couldnt accomodate my small jeep so i had to park at the hotel across the street. Very inconvieient i would have booked elsewhere had i known that. Hotel itself was good for the money considering it has breakfaar
