Positives: Great central location and near bus stops and a metro station. Staff were friendly, and price was great compared to other hotels in the area. Room was quiet and had air conditioning (I requested a room at the back of the building). Negatives: No elevator and reception is on the first floor, so all luggage has to be carried up the stairs. Overall: The hotel is basic so don't expect anything beyond this. It is reasonable for the price paid. Breakfast was included - it includes toast, cereal and fruit only but is adequate.

The place is not well maintained at all. The so called terrace is actually a garbage dump ! We booked two rooms and one with broken air conditioner on a very hot day. Many rooms have to share bathrooms with other guests. There is a sex store right next to the hotel entrance. There were people sleeping on the street. A thing to consider if you travel with children. The entrance is on a pedestrian only street section. No car can park close to the hotel entrance. There is no elevator in the hotel, either. So be prepared to drag your luggage. There is no protein with breakfast. The only good experience we had was the receptionist who was very nice and helpful.

The hotel is located above a sex shop. I didn’t mind that as much as there tended to be vagrants around the building as well. The design of the hotel was pretty basic. Things were a bit run down and dirty. Coming up the stairs on one of the nights there was saliva where someone had spit on the stairs. I didn’t hate my stay, but I probably won’t go back.

Was old and dilapidated. Not worth the discount price and if I had known would have passed on. They had towels that were blue so one can hide dirty towels easily. The bedding was old. The sofa bed had run its course and the mattress on it was very soft that even a lightweight can feel the springs.

The standout feature of this hotel is definitely its fantastic location in the heart of Quartier Des Spectacles. You can easily reach all major tourist attractions within a 20-minute walk. On the downside, there is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up to the 2nd or 3rd floor. However, the prices here are very competitive, making it a great choice overall.

For the price it's ok but the bed was small, not enough for 2 persons. AC was noisy. Couldn't sleep well. Breakfast was just coffee tea and bread. No eggs or other needed food was served. Bread was not fresh.

The "hotel" had a lot of charm but even with the private room I would classify it more of a hostel. The room was a lot smaller than anticipated and the AC did little to help cool off the room, especially when it kept shutting off on us. The bathroom was clean, but very small and showering was difficult without waterboarding yourself.

This place was horrible. First the ac that was promised was nothing more than a little unit that was super weak and did nothing to cool down the room. The beds were as hard as a rock and the two queen studio has two different bed frames. The beds and showers had stains all over it and did not feel clean. The main light was supposed to have three working lights but only one light bulb was working, one was burnt out, and one was missing and had a spider web in it! The closet had a rusty bed in the front of it and you couldn't even grab the rusty hangers from the back of the closest. Save your money and dont book this place!

,Hôtel en piètre condition chambre pas du tout comme dans les photos. Salle de bain malpropre, draps tachés, très peu Tite chambre. Ne semble pas sécuritaire. Nous avons resté 5 minutes et avons décider d’aller à un autre hôtel. J’ai demandé un remboursement et on m’a dit que ce n’étais pas possible. Évitez du stress et allez ailleurs. L’emplacement est bien et près de tout mais je préfère marcher que d’aller dans cette établissement.
