Everything was great except the newish vinyl plank flooring in the room was exceptionally slippery. My wife fell trying to walk on it. Not sure what cleaning agent or mop oil was used but very dangerous. I advised staff on checkout.

Pros: Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Airport shuttle was quick and convenient. Cons: Ice machine nearest my room was out of order and it was quite a long walk (the place is HUGE) to find a functioning one. The self-checkout system in the “market” in the lobby wasn’t working despite multiple attempts, and I didn’t feel like waiting in line at reception to pay for a candy bar. Road construction made walking from the bus stop rather tricky (though this isn’t the hotel’s fault).

Our accomodations were perfect for our quick trip in and out of Montreal. I searched online for the property closest to the airport and this one was great! We could have walked to the airport but took their very timely shuttle and were dropped at the door. Our room was clean, on the first floor and everything was just right! Of course, if in the area, we would definitely stay again!! Good job, Sheraton!

Finding the door number eight to catch the Sheraton shuttle proved difficult. Airport staff directed us to the door upstairs that was marked with an 8 but that proved to be the wrong one. The correct door eight was on the lower level marked with chalk. Called the hotel but got no answer. Resorted to a short taxi ride with a grumpy race car driver. Not a very nice arrival.
