David at the front desk is fantastic. The shuttle to airport is great. The parking lot is sort of a problem it is a walk from the hotel and very icy. Plus it is $25 a night. the room was clean and quite.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The restaurant being open late was appreciated: as we had anticipated, we were very hungry on arrival. The big problem was the phone handset that was discharged. I had to call the front desk with my cell phone, going through menus and a long hold to get help. I am elderly and hearing impaired and was worried about missing my wake up call. In the end, I needn’t have worried: the manager came and helped, and in the morning I got a wake up call from a real person. I’m pretty sure that if I hadn’t answered that call, there would have been a knock on the door. This was very much appreciated, but did not prevent the anxiety and worry the night before. The handset problem shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Have you given any thought to accommodating the hearing impaired with an adaptive alarm system for wake ups and emergencies?
