Merci monsieur Alexandre Corby d'avoir pris le temps de laisser un avis à la suite de votre séjour parmi nous. Nous souhaitons toutefois préciser que notre stationnement est adéquatement entretenu et que le déneigement et l'épandage de sel sont fait selon les chutes de neige et variations météorologiques. De plus, puisque l’industrie touristique se classe parmi les secteurs les plus “énergivores”, nombreux sont les établissements hôteliers qui ont décidé d’adopter des pratiques environnementales permettant d’avoir un impact social positif. Ainsi, la majorité des hôtels adopte maintenant une philosophie éco-responsable et offre le service d’entretien ménager aux 2 jours (ou plus selon la conscience écologique du client). Notre service de réception dispose cependant de serviettes propres en tout temps et les produits de base sont remplacés au besoin. En conclusion, nous nous ennuyons aussi de notre restaurant qui se refait présentement une beauté et qui sera, nous l‘espérons grandement, accessible à nouveau dès bientôtAu plaisir!Marie - Directrice services clients
