Good place to travel with a dog - there is a dedicated doggy floor! right next to the Longueuil subway so convenient base to go to downtown Montreal. The room was functional and clean. The gym was pretty good, so were the pool and sauna. I’d go back in the future.

Expedia did not promptly inform the Hotel that we could not make it after a canceled flight. After a live chat twice with your agent. I most likely with use other means to book an hotel. If i loose out $150 dollars for a quick call that the agent said she make and did not get an answer, but i called twice and immediately got answered by the hotel staff. Hotel staff waited to be contacted by expedia. Just received a call from hotel staff at 12:02am wondering if we were still needing the room. Hotel staff 👍 Expedia 👎

Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and met our needs for two adults and two kids. Appreciated having free parking and a quick drive across the bridge to downtown Montreal. Our only complaint was being awakened by the cleaning service at 8 AM on the day of our checkout. She indicated that we should have put a “do not disturb” sign on our door. I have never had to do this on the day of checkout and we didn’t appreciate having our sleep in disturbed. We put the sign on the door, and she knocked again one hour later!
