This is my 7th trip to Montréal that ive stayed at this hotel. Just the fact that i keep staying there is positive praise. Not fancy by a stretch ....but comfortable beds and pillows...i actually get a good night rest and almost feela like home.. clean everything and no smell. Only negative is an old temperature control ac unit heater. Feels a bit like motel 6 when looking at it...and a bit noisy.. But otherwise a ++

The air conditioning was not working properly, inspite of repeated complaints it was not fixed and a room change, when finally done, took time and with multiple excuses that did not make sense, i was advised the staff who was going to call me for the cgange was walking in the hotel to check if a room was available

When I booked the room, we were promised a $20 food credit but this was not offered when I checked in. When we got to our room, the door was blocked open (deadbolt extended). Nothing seemed amiss, so we moved in. Later that evening, I found bits of wadded up toilet paper and hair on the floor under the sink and behind the bathroom door -- did the cleaning staff leave the room door open so they'd remember to come back and clean the bathroom?

First night room had bed bugs. Don’t see any but woke up with bites all over my stomach and arms. Staff were nice in the morning to move me to a new room that did not have bed bugs for the second night. Choose to put my things in a hotel provided garbage bag to bring home and threw out my suitcase. The deal agent in the evening offered to clean my clothes but I was leaving early the next morning so timing did not work. I was told to take the managers card and reach out to ask for discount for the bed bug inconvenience.
