You get what you pay for.

The heat worked & the door locked. The staff was pleasant. Room was dirty, towels were dirty, overall unpleasant atmosphere. We slept on top of the covers with a blanket from home. I wouldn't want to be outside by myself in the motel parking lot late at night. Understandable for picking the cheapest place available.

Booked a kitchenette. The stove did not work at all. There was an old mini fridge that was unsanitary. While there was a new mini fridge as well it was gross and dirty inside. The microwave took 12 minutes to heat up our food. I was unable to prep the rest of my kids food because the stove was not working. The rooms said no smoking but the whole room reeled like cigarettes. I needed to leave after one night (booked three) due to family emergency. Hotel said I needed to speak with Expedia since I booked online. Expedia was unable to reach hotel management to resolve issues. Not expecting a 5-star hotel when booking a motel but also not expecting a complete waste of money

This place needs to be closed permanently. It was so disgusting we didn’t even stay for the night. The sheet was dirty, we saw cockroaches. I wouldn’t be surprised if they have bugs beds.

This property should not even be listed on Expedia. In a way, Expedia pushed us into choosing this location, and once we arrived, we couldn’t leave because we had already paid. Cops were in and out of the place every day. The rooms were filthy—beds had stains and crumbs, and the overall condition was shocking. I had to cut my trip short because I couldn’t stand staying there, which cost me both money and my vacation. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I’ll never trust Expedia to choose my stay again. Expedia has lost me as a customer.

recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience regarding the cleanliness and service. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed that the bathroom and shower had not been cleaned. The hand soap had already been opened, there was hair in the soaking bathtub, and the floor was noticeably dirty. Even more concerning, I saw cockroaches in the room. Additionally, the mattress, sheets, and blanket had an unpleasant odor, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the level of cleanliness and service did not meet the standards I expected. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to ensure a better experience for future guests.
