I was unable to get internet connect in my room despite trying to connect the networks each at least a dozen times. On my first night, I was told the next day at 10:00 an expert would be in to help me connect to the internet. I came the next morning and was told there was no such person. No one ever attempted to resolve the issue. I was only able to acesss the internet when sitting outside. I cannot complain as I merely wanted the cheapest possible place to stay, but I wish they had been more helpful.

When we entered the room, the bed sheets had visible hair, debris, food residue, and stains. The blankets and pillowcases also appeared dirty and unwashed. The bathroom was disgusting, with stains in the tub, residue throughout the room, and even a partially used bar of soap left from a previous guest. It was obvious the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. When I reported this to the front desk, instead of moving us to a clean room, staff handed me clean linens and expected me to remake the dirty beds myself. The next morning, we discovered the shower handle was broken, making it impossible for my family to shower. I reported it and was promised maintenance and housekeeping while we were out for the day. When we returned that evening, absolutely nothing had been done. The room was still dirty and the shower still broken. At 10 PM they offered another room, but my exhausted family was already in bed and moving would have required repacking everything late at night. We did not shower in two days! The most shocking part happened during checkout when I saw explicit pornographic content openly playing on the TV behind the front desk, visible to guests and families. I blurred the picture on the television to post it here along with several more so you can see the real thing. I will be disputing these charges with my credit card company. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values minimum sanitary conditions, professionalism, or peace of mind.

the room i got was pretty decent, its not bad for staying a couple nights in, the bed was kinda hard but it was doable. there was clean towels and sheets, the fridge worked but the microwave didn't but they at least offered to let us use the one in the lobby instead. the shower worked good and the water was hot. the AC was older but it did work but it couldve been better.

You get what you pay for.

The heat worked & the door locked. The staff was pleasant. Room was dirty, towels were dirty, overall unpleasant atmosphere. We slept on top of the covers with a blanket from home. I wouldn't want to be outside by myself in the motel parking lot late at night. Understandable for picking the cheapest place available.

recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience regarding the cleanliness and service. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed that the bathroom and shower had not been cleaned. The hand soap had already been opened, there was hair in the soaking bathtub, and the floor was noticeably dirty. Even more concerning, I saw cockroaches in the room. Additionally, the mattress, sheets, and blanket had an unpleasant odor, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the level of cleanliness and service did not meet the standards I expected. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to ensure a better experience for future guests.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. Far too expensive for the service provided, even in high season. Mosquitoes, insects, and even spiders in the room. Furniture straight out of the 1960s, and outdoor chairs that look like they were collected from public donations. The staff try to be friendly, but the basic comfort expected from any accommodation is completely missing. Cleaning is superficial — the room is simply dirty. I strongly advise against staying here, even for a motel — cleanliness has nothing to do with the price charged. Paying $200 a night for something that shouldn’t cost more than $50 is unacceptable. Don’t go, even if the stay is offered for free.

100% sure the sheets had not been changed on either bed - hair and dirt in both. We were desperate and had to stay there so spent $100 to buy sheets/pillows/small blankets to put on top of bed and PRAYED there weren’t bed bugs. Outlets didn’t work, there was a lamp on the nightstand but no outlet to plug it in with, the fridge would not open and proceeded to leak all over the place. They said they would replace the fridge but just brought towels to help sop up the water. The sink and stove were amazingly unusable (not that I would have) and even the surface had dirt/old food on it - and disgusting/used/filthy/torn tinfoil on the burner pans. There were old mattresses laying around in the yard and the pool was a cesspool. Worst place I have EVER stayed in my life. Worst part is they know it and don’t make any attempt to hide/fix it. They had us since we were in for the Grand Prix and wouldn’t have been able to find anything else for miles. We went into it knowing it wouldn’t be great, but it was NOTHING LIKE THE WEBSITE! Do not be fooled.

A couple of customers where argueing with the clerks when I got there. The plugs on the refrigerator and microwave both faced in the same direction so they couldn't be plugged in at the same time. The remote worked but the tv had no signal. The first morning police were arresting somebody in the parking lot a couple rooms down. I was mainly there for the F1 race and it was coveniently located. Also cheap. I did sleep well and the clerk at checkout was kind and curtious.
