We got early check-in around 9 am for no extra cost. Rooms are decent. Walking distance to Bell Centre and all the shopping centers. Conveniently located to the public transportation. Highly recommended. Would stay again.

The property was dirty and run down. The shower leaked all over the floor and the couldn’t get into the shower without squeezing between the toilet and the shower door. The hallways were dirty and the walls were all scuffed up. The elevator was scary to ride, lots of creeking and uneven stops

The floor of my room was sticky with dirt, I needed to wipe it down upon arrival. Not the hotel’s fault but there was so much banging of doors and loud swearing in the hallways I didn’t sleep the first night I was there. ….Only one (of two) elevators working meaning that access to the stairwell up to the rooms was open - probably not the most secure situation. On the upside I could use the stairs to get to my room…… you get what you pay for.
