We stayed for 2 nights in a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. We arrived late and didn't notice how dirty the room was until the next morning. We weirdly found so many "egg looking" dirt on the floor, we thought they had a bed bug infestation. It was sesame seeds they said, without hesitation. So basically, someone ate so many sesame seeds, they were all over the floor, the entryway, under the beds, etc...We had to call and ask for a better clean up 3 times and by the end, we still could find them everywhere. Never going back, the staff was rude and didn't even acknowledged that it was dirty and when we asked for another room...guess what, they were at capacity. Don't waste your money on them.

The hotel is clean and has all the basics. The room that I was assigned had a window which was dark and dirty (no view - it faces the other hotel rooms), so the overall feel was dark and gloomy. I had put in a request prior to the stay for a certain room assignment and was told that it would be noted but upon arriving found out that this type of room assignment wasn't even possible (adjoining). Overall, good location walkable to everything, and experience consistent with the price relative to the other hotels in the area.

Beds were comfortable but they need fitted sheets. We were there for 8 nights. The first night we were given a dark dingy room and were woken up at 6 am by construction of the new building next door. The front desk staff were very helpful at providing an appropriate room for us the next morning but not a great first impression especially when we were booked for 8 nights Convenient location in downtown to restaurants and the metro. Internet connection was very good. Standard hotel rate but they raise their rates for festivals etc. some four star hotels were the same price during festivals etc. $263 a night is overpriced for this hotel. Courtyard views are a concrete yard.

Needed to change rooms as the first one the windows were directly on the alley side with very noisy ventilation system and trucks. The otehr room was okay but not great, only had one window and te view was a tunnel of walls. It was correct as I was on business so the room purpose was more to work and rest. Would not use as a hotel for a vacation.

Because I arrived late, I got the last available room. My strongest objection is that I have mobility issues and the bathtub is extremely difficult to climb in and out of. And since the vanity is attached to the wall and not to the floor, I did not want to lean on it too much as I climbed in and out. Additionally, the floor of the tub was very slippery. I do not know why my needs could not be accommodated by being guaranteed a room with a walk-in shower

Good Deal. not luxurious but perfect for the price

Quick checkin and checkout. Very comfortable beds and close to everything. Parking is cheap and very close to hotel(self-parking only). Rooms are spacious but very basic. Its perfect for the price and very convenient.
