I originally gave this property a five star review but I asked for help with the shuttle on my return and contrary to the great customer service I got the first time, I got no response this time and had to pay $30 for an Uber to the hotel. When I complained to the front desk guy that my messages were ignored, he laughed at me and shrugged his shoulders. Very disappointing. Won’t be booking here again.
