"We stayed in a beach front room. Excellent views. Room was comfortable. A/C was only a fan one night but was fixed in the morning. Fortunately, it wasn't hot outside. When we arrived, there was a used towel on the back of the bathroom door. You can tell housekeeping cut corners and wasn't thorough and we never got wash clothes unless we went to the front desk and asked. Weird. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and we're comfortable. Parking is tight and they have an overflow lot a block away. Convenient to eateries, bars, and shopping. Tiny indoor pool (we didn't use). Less than 10 miles to Assateague Island. You can go up the coast and see Fenwick Island, Bethany Beach, Dewey Beach and Rehoboth Beach easily. Awesome sunrises!!"

"Had an excellent stay at the Hyatt in Ocean City. The location honestly could not be better, just steps away from the boardwalk and beach which made everything extremely convenient for our family. The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly from check in to check out. You can tell they take pride in the property because the rooms and common areas were spotless and very well maintained throughout our stay. One thing that really stood out was the breakfast. For a hotel breakfast, it completely exceeded expectations with a great variety of fresh options and quality food each morning. It was the perfect way to start the day before heading out to the beach and boardwalk. Overall, this was one of the better hotel experiences we’ve had in Ocean City. Great atmosphere, excellent service, clean rooms, and an unbeatable location. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting OCMD."
