I have to say that I am extremely disappointed when booking this hotel. The photos showed a water slide with an outdoor pool. When arriving I noticed that those pictures are from the water park. Completely misleading and disappointing

Looks pretty. I actually got rhe most expensive suite option. I was surprised that the staff was so apathetic. It was like they couldnt wait to be done talking to me even though I only asked 2 normal questions. The room was clean but the plumbing ran all the time both the shower and the toilet. Reported both but they didnt get fixed. Lots of mold in shower edges. They did buy an old hotel and fix it up so not a surprise but a little caulk does wonders people. Should inspect their rooms more often. Expected a wee bit more for the price. Walls are super thin. Could hear entire conversations of neighbors unfortunately ramblings of a group of teenagers til1 am. Only redemption was great sunrise view over ocean each morning.

The weekend front desk personnel were not as welcoming or personable as the weekday front desk personnel. We check in on a Thursday and they were lovely but there was one young woman, Friday night, I believe, that was downright rude. Other than that, this is my second time staying at this hotel and will absolutely do it again.

The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out. I accidentally left my debit card at the restaurant and didn't realize it until later in the evening. I called the front desk and they immediately went and found it for me and held it in the front. They were so pleasant and helpful. We had a great anniversary stay we will definitely be back.

Few minutes from boardwalk to begin perfect exercise walk/jog for a couple miles out and back. Then later for leisure strolls in the best atmosphere. Love that OC vibe. SpringFest was great. Have enjoyed this hotel also in the past and will be back.
