We were told breakfast was included with stay. at check in. It was not. We were not told there was no smoking outside on balcony until after we arrived. There was no info on the layout of the hotel. We couldn’t find the pool. Since it was winter week days, there wasn’t a lot of staff around to help. Better informed front desk, no smoking printed in promo materials and hotel info in rooms would help.

The room was a little dirty, sticky spot on floor, and a dried booger was wiped on the table. The room tv didnt have features we were led to believe it had and the hotel restaurant didn’t take online/ to go orders. Overall the general hotel was very clean and staff interactions were friendly.

Staff at front desk were very friendly.Thanks George. Hotel and room were very clean. Beautiful view from 10th floor corner room. Nice walk in shower. The only complaint is the pillows and the mattress were not up to par with other Hilton hotels we've stayed at. They weren't horrible but not plush.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The hotel also has a restaurant and bar that was phenomenonal!! Beautiful views of the oceanfront and all rooms are direct oceanfront rooms.

The room was clean and the hard wood flooring stands out for me. Most hotels have carpet still and it grosses me out. The bathroom is modern and the balcony are all pluses. The beds were comfortable too. We enjoyed our stay.
