Steps from the beach on the north end of the boardwalk, so it was in a quieter area, which I appreciated. We ate breakfast there every morning and it was amazing. The pool was great.

I like that there were many dining and shopping options conveniently located. Rooms were very nice and spacious. Front desk staff were very friendly. I didnt like the pizza place. Our order was incorrect (we didnt order pizza), the chips were not good and didnt seem there was much food (order was mostly french fries) for the price paid. The breakfast at the restaurant was very good also.

Hotel right on the boardwalk with direct beach access. Somewhat outdated, but comfortable. Nice pools, bar and great balcony overlooking the water. Would stay again.

Only complaint is there wasn’t enough umbrellas by the pool! The umbrellas that were used on the lower level for the tables were useless they should have used them by the pool. Also needed some chairs not just lounges.

Staff was wonderful Tyler n Rosie were very sweet n helpful. Loved the live music at the pool bar and the outdoor pool. Room was spacious n ocean view lovely. Parking was easy. A lovely hotel in the perfect location. We had an ocean front room. They have great amenities including a cute cafe that had coffee and sandwiches. The pool was also nice. Staff was friendly. Parking is free and easy. Would highly recommend!

Needs new life!

This hotel is ready for a remodel! The room was spacious but seriously outdated. Carpet is old and pretty gross, room was muggy until we turned the air way down and it finally pulled out the moisture in the air. The scent they pipe into the common spaces smell like musky old man and day old cigars, not a fan. Bathroom off the lobby needed cleaning and the bathroom in the room was a dingy yellow/tan color, very drab.

The property is starting to show its age, it was so hot inside the hotel we went OUTSIDE to cool off. The hotel staff was nice. Every definitely do NOT take cleaning the rooms seriously. The microwave was disgusting and the fridge did not work. The bathroom sink wasn’t connected to the counter underneath. There was pink “goop” behind the toilet.
We did have ocean view though.

We were completely unsatisfied with the quality of the room and the issues we had on our first night. Our refrigerator was broken. I told the lady at the front desk but no one showed up. I called again and they finally sent someone to “fix” it but it was still broken. I called again to tell them and they sent maintenance who came with an attitude to replace the refrigerator and when asking him for his name he gave me a fake name, Pablo. I then had to speak to a supervisor in the morning because the shower head was broken. I shared my concern about the issues and how unsatisfied I was. The water pressure was so low that you had to stand directly under the faucet to get whatever water you can get to shower. We booked a room with a kitchen area but the room did not have one. Instead we had a jacuzzi that broken at the corner and the sliding door to the balcony was rusted at the bottom falling apart… on last day we wanted our room to be cleaned so we took down the do not disturb sign and they never cleaned the room. It was our first time at Ocean City and we really wanted to enjoy and love it. Besides that, the pool was nice and the location was good right on the beach. I feel I should have been compensated even if it was for the first night with no refrigerator and a broken shower head……unfortunately money have been wasted and we will not return.
