Coffee machine had mold in it. I’m not sure how old the coffee was sitting in there but it had cloudy mold sitting on top of it. The shower was also dirty.

Booked multiple rooms. The bad: More space for bathroom items would be great otherwise no issues with our room. The rooms were clean but one of the rooms had a roach in their kitchen sink :/ The good: Staff is friendly, coffee in the lobby, on site parking, outdoor pool, beer&wine (with sandwhich shop) is across the street, close to saltwater 75 restaurant.

As always the Kokomo was clean and the staff nice. Some of the guests not so much. Children running amok. Loud banging around above us all hours of the night. People arguing loudly. Just not a very relaxing vacation.

This will be okay if you need a quick, cheaper, place to stay. The location is good. The pool was big and chairs were available during our stay. We stayed in a city facing room, so it was a little loud from street noise. The hotel is older, so expect older, worn areas, however, corners and edges were dirty, not just worn. The beds were small, but comfortable. The room is spacious and has a full kitchenette. Our check in was delayed because our room wasn't ready, check out was simple.

I have a terminal lung condition and the night before leaving i woke up sick and considered going to the hospital. In morning I found black mold in the bathroom ceiling and wall. When i brought it to the attention of the staff at the hotel they said thank you have a good day.
