The rooms were clean and the staff was courteous and professional. The view of the beach from the terrace was outstanding. The only thing that prevents me from giving the Ashore an overall excellent rating was there was not always hot water in the shower.

The mattresses were awful, could barely sleep on them. I expected nicer from a Marriot. I did love the vinyl flooring in the rooms, so much cleaner than carpeting. Great location on the beach!

Overall was a pleasant experience staying here, but was a bit misleading for the beach chairs and umbrellas as the items are listed on the property listing online and one might assume that they are free for use for guests but you come to find out that they are paid items.
