The balcony was too small. It wasn't large enough gor me to ho outside snd change my mind. Although the wooden headboard was a nice accent to the bed and the room, we noticed alot of hand prints from precious guests. That was a big turn off..

Good stay, some staff were a bit cranky. Beautiful diner and clean rooms. The pool was nice and the outside bar was a major bonus! Real close to the ocean! Overall was real nice!

I'm sorry you were disappointed in the hotel. We actually completed a $2 million remodel over the past winter season. We plan on further renovations over this coming winter. I hope you'll come back and see what's new next summer.

First off, the check in process was horrendous. I called first thing in the morning to request an early check in, I was told to come in and pre register. I drove to the hotel to do just that and was told to expect a phone call when the room was ready. By 1pm I was a little frustrated that I didn't hear anything. I called to follow up about it and the women who answered immediately had an attitude when she found out it was me calling. She reiterated the fact that she would call when the room was ready. I called once more at 3:30 (check in was 4:00 originally) and was told the room wasn't ready. I then told her I would be there at 4 for my room. When I went to check in the lady at the desk seemed confused and asked if I had received a call. By this point, I was completely frustrated and ready to stay somewhere else. Luckily she found a room for us. We were only staying one night and it was ruined by us having to sit around and wait for our room. Gave this hotel 3 stars only because when I called the manager in the morning, he was quick to offer us a discounted rate to stay an additional night.

My stay at the Clarion Resort Fontainebleau Hotel was pleasant, but we were very disappointed with our view. We paid for an Ocean Front King Suite which was over $300 per night, and we sadly only received a view from the right side of our very tiny balcony. The balcony was standing only and could not fit more than 2 adults. We enjoyed the other amenities, but this is not an ocean front property. The proximity to the beach is amazing, but the rooms face the adjacent properties, not the ocean.
