Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed your stay with us. The local bus stops right out front of the hotel and is available to ride to the boardwalk. Many guests choose this option instead of driving to the Inlet. We hope to see you again soon.

What i liked-it was close to the beach and other places. -Staff was helpful. Did not like- we asked for room next to each other and the front lady said she have one reserved for us when we first got their before check in time however, we found out the rooms they were not. Also we paid 100 extra for each room to get the water view, which is not worth it at all. U see mainly the houses and roof not the bay(see small view behind the houses) . ( does not have a balcony either.

The hotel was nice, we were disappointed with the breakfast, always the same little box with cream cheese and a bagel. Then, when we got the the floor was very sticky, and thought, it’s fine since they have room service, but nope, they only clean when you check out. Now, we stayed for 4 days, no toilet paper, no soap, no clean towels. The last day we found out we were supposed drop them in the whole way to get clean ones... anyways, the hotel is very nice for a day or two but no more than that.

We apologize that you did not receive our housekeeping slip for those individuals who were staying two nights or more. We provide this slip for the guest convenience so we can replace your dirty towels with new ones as needed. We are hoping our breakfast options will be changing shortly since COVID 19 restrictions are starting to lift. We hope you will give us another try the next time you are in town.

Everything was fantastic the room was spotless everything was very clean and the check in process was spectacular. The only issue I had was I left my Apple AirPod headphones in my room on the bed and realized when I already checked out I called the hotel and let them know and they mentioned they were extremely busy cleaning everything from all the guests that were there during the weekend so I waited all day and never received a phone call and called them this morning and got the bad news that they never found them. Hopefully they’ll turn up and the housekeeping staff didn’t steal them since I left them a $20 tip. Always remember to triple check your rooms do stuff like this doesn’t happen. I stayed at a Hilton hotel in NYC for a wedding previously and my wife left her gold necklace on the nightstand and she didn’t realize until we were already driving home I immediately called the hotel and they had someone go to the room immediately to find the necklace I didn’t have to wait for them to never call back to get bad news instead they immediately addressed the issue and resolved it. I wish I had this experience with this hotel by Hilton. The Tru Hotel by Hilton was very nice just a shame I had this issue I would’ve liked to stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is great! Across the street from the beach and a couple awesome restaurants. The Jolly Roger amusement park is within walking distance! The room was spacious and the ambiance very modern. It being opening weekend for the hotel there were some hiccups with our stay. We had to call down twice to have someone come up to fix the tv. It stuttered very badly and disconnected from the cable and wifi. Seemed to me just a technical error with a new system! Also the morning of our departure we were woken up to the sound of the fire alarm going off twice as a malfunction. There was a tornado watch up so it could be as simple as the awful wind! Speaking of the awful wind there was a plastic fence around the parking lot that was blowing all over the place! I hope they replace it with something sturdier cause admittedly it was a bit scary but who plans for a Tornado?! Overall the staff was nothing short of helpful and friendly! I loved the location and I would absolutely make this the place to stay on my next visit to the coast!
