The staff, especially front desk and bartender (Kermit) were amazing. Super nice and very friendly, even at 6am when I woke up for sunrise. The property was located near a favorite restaurant, Fagers Island. When the heat/air system was offline and not working they very quickly got us a portable unit. I hope they increase their staff for summer.

The property is situated on the bay overlooking OCs often missed beauty. Affordable, however amenities lack in some rooms. Not all rooms offered shower and tub combination so this must be checked prior to booking. Room is extremely spacious with a living area with a tv along with kitchen and bedroom. Fabulous for a week stay. You have everything you need. The room is unbelievably tidy and clean from the moment you walked in. This is a dog friendly hotel yet you can’t smell any animals. Unfortunately towards the weekend more guests arrived and we could hear the dogs more clearly. (Walls may be too thin) would highly suggest dog friendly rooms are offered in isolated areas or a particular floor within the hotel so as not to disturb others. But I feel this is a great idea for travelers
