WHEN WE CHECKED IN, WE WERE TOLD THAT THE ROOM WAS ON THE ROAD, NOT OCEAN FRONT. I TOLD THEM I RESERVED OCEAN FRONT KING AND I WAS TOLD BECAUSE WE DID NOT CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY AND USED A BOOKING WEBSITE THAT WAS NOT THE CASE . THEN WHEN I ASKED ABOUT A MANAGER OUR ROOM MIRACULOUSLY BECAME AVAILABLE. THERE WERE PUBIC HAIRS IN THE BATHROOM , THE FLOOR WAS NOT VACUUMED/SWEPT AND THE AC STOPPED WORKING AT 3AM FRIDAY NIGHT. THE AC STARTED WORKING AFTER WE UNPLUGGED IT AND PLUGGED IT BACK IN OURSELVES THE NEXT DAY WHILE WAITING ON MAINT TO COME AND LOOK AT IT.

Toilet facilities stayed stopped up the whole stay it was 2adults and 5 children in 1bed inthe room hotel manager did not try to accommodate us at all it was discomfort the whole stay

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you didn't get the room type your were expecting. We always tell guest to call the hotel directly to verify the desired room type. We do get sold out and it makes it impossible for us to accommodate guest outside of the room type that was originally booked. Again thank you and we appreciate your feedback.

VERY SATISFIED - we were surprised by how nice the room was. OC MD hotels are so often not what you see in the picture and often run down. But this was a pleasant surprise. A nice large room that was clean and looked to be recently updated. The hotel staff was very quick to respond when asked for sheets for the pull out bed. we will be coming back.

All staff were kind and helpful . Room was near the elevator but still very quiet Plenty of parking at this hotelidz. On the boardwalk.

Great location, very poor customer service. Hotel charges card on file DAYS IN ADVANCE, and have a very timely refund process. Staff are less than knowledgeable about policies.
