Room was on first floor. Carpet was old and always damp. Socks and sandals were a must. Very worn looking. Old furniture and not sure if pet friendly but it appeared that a dog had scratched the carpet by the door trying to get out. Location was good. Atrium was nice along with pool. Great food was served on sight.

The hotel was good but not the cleanest. Room was acceptable but the pools were dirty, food/ trash on deck around pools so kind of made those spaces unusable for us. Beach proximity was great and bar and lounge with birds was great. So many kids running around unsupervised Im sure makes it hard for staff to keep up.

I was very disappointed. For the price, I expected a much cleaner place. Also, the AC was NOT very good so we needed to get fans in order to be comfortable. Our door keys kept not working because the door stuck and the force of having to shove the door open to get in caused it to keep deactivating our room cards, which was really a pain! I did enjoy the Atrium Cafe. But it would have been nice if there were vending machines in the hotel for when the cafe was closed. Oh - and the towels they provided for the pool were only slightly bigger than a hand towel!

Check in was a breeze received an early check-in, fast and easy. The guy couldn’t have been any nicer. The room was nice. It was clean. I was supposed to have two queen size beds, but there are two doubles the outside. Pool was beautiful was happy there was an inside pool And hot tubs with the hot tub smelled funny.

Well it rain and I was on the 3rd floor inside inside balcony got wet, sock, soaking wet. There was food on the rail underneath for the rails. There was no heat in the room at all. They had to bring me a heater. I will never stay there again.
