Such a great find. We only needed one night and found this great place. Clean, comfortable, polite, good breakfast. We even had time to take an evening walk on the beach.

Room was clean but had a bad smell of paint and mildew. Clear signs of mold on the ceiling and also had an oily residue that was dripping on the back of the coach. Ac unit was in a bad location and the room stayed hot and never cooled off. Sofa bed was very thin and not comfortable at all. Our son had to sleep at the foot of the bed due to it being on a slope. Breakfast was just eggs, sausage and make your own waffles. Pool was in a completely different building which made it very cold walking back across the parking lot.

I was expecting to be right on the boardwalk with an ocean view. We were in the side building. (It didn’t say this on the website). Check-in was quick and easy. Only 1 key worked and their system was down the entire time. There was a bird or something in the vents in the bathroom. Which was loud and annoying while trying to sleep. The beds were comfortable and the room wasn’t bad for the price. We could see the ocean, but our main view was the roof of Hooters. Not what I was expecting.

Bathroom could use ann upgrade. Room was spacious and clean. Shower drain was clogged. Indoor pool was good but pool shower area was underwhelming with barely functioning shower. Ocean front room was not provided and upon asking, staff told me there was additional $100 charge for ocean front room. Breakfast was good. The building was old and had smell of old buildings.

The service was excellent. Room had a comfortable king size bed, and pretty much a full kitchen with a small fridge, a microwave, a stove and a sink. Plenty of room with a sleeper sofa, too.
