It was bike week and we didn't know when we booked our stay. They should ask if your here for bike week. Because i could've leave my slider door open to listen to the waves at night because the bike were loud until about 1230am to even 2am. I know we booked the side view to see the ocean but we could enjoy it because of the bike noise

Staff, ocean view, pool, and room were great. 4 year old daughter loved the slide for the outdoor pool. Only downside of the room was the shower. The rainfall showerhead was older and slightly damaged as one of the rain sprouts was broken off and majority of the pressure went through there. Was a disappointment but did not take away from the experience.

You don’t often find suites available. Especially oceanfront hotels. I was glad to find everything I needed at the hotel. I did not ask for a handicap accessible room. I was surprised to see a Jacuzzi tub/shower. That was my fault for not requesting a handicap accessible room.

Great stay!

We had a great stay. The rain shower was not our style and difficult washing the toddler, but was clean. The only real thing we noticed was that the doors in the bathroom and between the rooms did not fit quite right. We loved the indoor pool.

Flooding

5 out of 7 nights had a leak over the entire kitchen. Maintenance did come but did not solve the problem. Couldn't even cook on the stove. Had to walk over flooded floor to get to the bathroom. All you hear is that they was sorry. Additionally, paid extra for 2 people and they wouldn't allow them to park on the lot.

I like the location of the property. The view was good. For the money spent per day you’d think I’d have a better view on a much higher floor. ($650+ per night) What I did not like was the baby roaches in my room. Overall I’m just grateful I didn’t bring any of them baby roaches back home!!
