Went away for a quick weekend. You will get what you pay for here. Lady at the desk had an attitude problem at check in and the second day when I went to ask where they kept the ice. Property has no smoking signs up all over but people smoke constantly. First night we had kids banging on our door and running away up to almost 11 at night. Went to the desk to say something and there was no one anywhere there to be found. Beds are like sleeping on a concrete floor. Showers have no water pressure. I had to fix our showerhead and faucet in the tub because both were loose to the point where they were coming off. Hallways were dirty. Hotel was dirty in general. Only positive was our balcony with a partial ocean view. Just don't book with high expectations as you will be disappointed and the attitude problem at the desk capped it. They know they have issues here, they just aren't interested in fixing them. We go to OCMD yearly and we won't be back here and definitely will not recommend it to anyone.

The best part about this hotel is the location!!! Right above Crabcake Factory and a very short walk to the beach. Floor was sandy from the moment we checked in, but is that avoidable? Bathroom was clean but very small. Trash bags left outside kinda made it smell but maybe that was just our neighbors...?

They took so long to give me the room, the room was supposed to be delivered at 4 and when I arrived it was not ready, they gave it to me until 6, the room was small nothing compared to the photos, just like the pool, the photos are not what they seem. The only good thing about it was that it looked clean and the room didn't smell like a cigarette or bad smell

They refused to clean to the room, and we're lucky we even got fresh towels. Getting them to change the sheets was nothing short of a minor miracle, and the only reason we didn't run out of soap was because we took some extras from the housekeeping cart (we asked for them several times and- shockingly- never received them). Location is great, but the staff are somewhat rude and generally unhelpful. Find another place to stay.

The rooms are large and clean. We have three young kids ages all under 9 so the pool was perfect. I liked the fact that we could park the car when we checked in and walk everywhere. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, convenience stores. The free breakfast was an added bonus. Nothing fancy just quick options muffins,bagels,breakfast bars,fruit. Most importantly there was coffee! The walk to the beach was short. Would definitely stay here again.
