I thought that the place overall was good, staff was pretty good. Any good restaurants though you got to drive to though. The main beach however was just across the street for access. The private hotel beach was nice, there’s different things to do there on that private hotel beach like sailing and paddle boating as well as swimming or just hanging out with friends back there later on at night, enjoyed that. But as far as to the boardwalk it s a must drive to, you definitely can not walk. Nice Bay views! Get Bayfront it s worth it! Over all good. But for me and my family we will be staying Ocean front with easy access to the Boardwalk. Thanks Princess Bayside for a decent and friendly stay!:) 😎 Ms. L. DeMalio

The staff was friendly , the rooms clean and comfortable. The small private beach was nice to watch the sunset. You have to walk between bldg 1&2 to access it. HOWEVER : There are *2* buildings. Building one doesn't have balconies or patios this is double rooms with limited views. The indoor pool is here. Building 2 has the balconies, king rooms and suites. The outdoor pool is a roof top on bldg 2. There is NOT a restaurant on the property. There is a Pub, No Food. Before booking, call direct and check their rates they were cheaper than a 3rd party. The ocean is a short walk across the road.

The hotel overall is a good place to stay. Its very convenient and the rooms are clean. Staff was also friendly. Only problem with the room is the beds are hard they are very uncomfortable and also the shower head should be replaced. Its very old, its not enuff water pressure and the water turns from cold to hot- no in between. Its def a quiet stay except for them birds but nobody can control that. It has a nice roof top pool its next door to seacrets and a block away from the beach. I would recommend. Def 3.5/5 star hotel.

Hotel was very nice and pretty spacious. The first 2 days the fridge was not keeping cold, the room was extremely humid, and the shower was running cold water. However, after that the fridge was working perfectly and the thermostat was normal. The water took a couple minutes to warm up but it wasn’t too much of a problem. The kitchen appliances weren’t the cleanest and the Overall, for the price and the quality of the room, it was definitely worth it.

This property is beyond outdated. It smells and is disgusting. When checking in the systems went down. Got to our dirty room at midnight and it was 78 degrees. Tried turning it down exhausted went to bed. Next morning still not kicking on went down to 76. Did not sleep all night. Called maintenance spent the morning in the room waiting for it to get fixed to find out it’s broke. Switched rooms to a double bed room when we came here for my birthday and was told they upgraded us to a bayside front. No I want a big bed. Get to upgraded room and ac still doesn’t work. I get a call our old room is fixed and we can switch back.
