They charge $10 a day to park at thier own hotel that is the dumbest thing i ever heard of and dont tell you when you book it they tell you when you arrive parking was always full had to park 2 blocks away on top of that never stay here again

View was good. Was upset about not knowing about a $10 a day charge for parking at the hotel and on top of it had to park 3 blocks away and walk back to the hotel. Wouldn’t have been an issue typically but I’m walking on a blown out acl so I was a bit upset about it. And the guy working the desk was far from polite or helpful at all

Not enough parking. We were charged $10 a day to park on their lot and when it was full we had to either park on the street, if available, or park a block away in a separate lot designated for this hotel.

My room was nice with a partial view of the beach. It even had a fridge with an actual freezer! However, the television reception was terrible and the listed hotel amentities are misleading - i.e., there is NO on property restaurant/bar. There is a separately owned restaurant/bar on the boardwalk side of the hotel building, but like all the other restaurants on the boardwalk they are closed during the week during the off season which made finding a place to eat very difficult. I ended up checking out a day early and going home out of frustration and disappointment even though is cost me a night's stay. I come to OC to fish in the Fall and Spring (when the shore & surf fishing are best), but I may have to drive to Delaware or the Outer Banks of NC instead.

Great room. I had one of the penthouse rooms with a hot tub and a 74 inch tv. Was nice since I was there during the Noreaster. Staff was very nice and accommodating and the view was great.

i have no complaints except that i was shocked that they charged $10 to park in the parking lot! I've stayed in other beach front hotels on the boardwalk and never been charged a fee for parking. Why isn't that included in the cost of the room?

Everything was good! We did put a sign on the door that we wanted made service because we needed more coffee and we didn’t get it but that’s not anything that was life or death. We had a good experience. Everything was clean and in good condition that’s all that really mattered. Price was appropriate. Staff was kind.
