The staff was friendly. Absolutely no help with the luggage carrier, including, what door to use since the front door had stairs. The property made the biggest deal I’ve ever seen about smoking. I think every room had a balcony which is technically outdoors. Nevermind the property smelling like an indoor bowling alley with the smell of Christmas trees and pumpkin spice being pumped out on every floor in multiple spots. We still have a sore throat from the artificial smell. The 1980s pink tub in the penthouse was great, we loved it. Although my anxiety made me sick to my stomach that the tub would give is a disease. That’s a me thing. Room seemed clean and decent pillows!Balcony was a joke. No partition and dollar store plastic chairs. The worst part of our stay was the tv. They advertise 75in tv. Sounds great! My husband and I were there on a Monday and looking forward to Monday night football! The problem was that the remote did everything but volume!We had to watch tv at a ridiculously high volume. My wife who normally loves listening to my football was unable to nap and I can’t believe there were no complaints on volume. We called and were eventually given a new remote that we had to pick up from front desk that worked on literally every feature…..except volume.So the tv was a complete bust.Overall, would not stay again because the front desk was not helpful and the smell gave both me and my wife headaches and sore throats. The staff was nice and friendly upon arrival however, there was no parking, and they make you pay a fee for it. Therefore I parked on the street in front of their building with their hotel parking permit/pass they provided as well put my handicap placard up and still received a ticket. While my husband loaded the car at check out I went inside to see if I could be refunded for parking and the guy was nasty about it. He told me about their second lot that wasn't disclosed the day I checked in!! I thought it was a great hotel but I definitely will not stay again due to limited parking. Now I have to pay for a ticket when I shouldn't have had one in the first place if there was more parking or at best told about the other lot.

Good location next to the boardwalk, shopping, and downstairs restaurant. Friendly staff. Clean room and they provided towels each morning. The only downside is paying parking for each night and small parking lot but would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Great views. Right on the boardwalk. 4 star because it wasn’t the cleanest. But got us checked in 3 hours before and allowed us to change and use pool before room was ready. Super friendly.
