The elevators did not work properly, leaving us stuck in them more than once. The parking spots are limited and are all very close, not leaving you with enough room to open your door. Rooms were not the cleanest. The beds were comfortable. The pool was nice but the restrooms were dirty and smelled. It was close to the boardwalk. Overall for the price of 2 nights it was not worth it and I would not come back and stay here again.

Hotel is in need of some upgrades. Also the elevator is in desperate need of work , extremely slow. Would be nice to be able to have beach towels available for guests. Morning needs like rolls,coffee etc.. Also there is an issue with the lack of English speaking employees henders them understand guest needs.

Close to the beach and boardwalk. We were on 6th floor, hot was not getting to my shower, but other than that, easy access to restaurants that were excellent.

Great location on boardwalk with restaurants, shops and beach access steps away. Friendly and accommodating staff. Cleanly rooms with strong refreshing shower water pressure. We had an oceanfront room with balcony, perfect for watching the OC Air show!

Good, basic motel. Clean and a good location. Security is lax, so wouldn’t recommend to a woman traveling alone. Desk was often unmanned and anyone can access the elevator to get to the rooms.

Terrific location on the boardwalk! The staff was helpful and kind. The elevators were slow and a bit scary. It is a non-smoking hotel, but there was always a presence Marijuana in halls or elevator and from balconies.

The good. Was proximity to beach, clean , good shower, staff was prompt and helpful. Had an issue with refrigerator and was replaced within minutes. What we did not like. Reserved room with a balcony and "queen sized beds". We were not permitted to smoke on said balcony that overlooked the water and the beach. The balcony was crusty rusty loose railing, unsafe, concrete was filthy. Queen sized bed was the smallest queen sized mattress I've ever slept on. Feet hung off bottom I'm 5ft 8. The main complaint was the balcony. We were told to smoke in parking lot. Was overpriced considering we spent half our time in parking lot. We will not go back unless smoking policy changes.

I parked in the 2nd lot and my vehicle was covered in Portland cement dust. I had to wash my car at a car wash and luckily everything came. There was a gravel driveway across the way into the adjacent lot
