Great location on boardwalk with restaurants, shops and beach access steps away. Friendly and accommodating staff. Cleanly rooms with strong refreshing shower water pressure. We had an oceanfront room with balcony, perfect for watching the OC Air show!

Nice ocean front hotel. Not fancy but comfortable. Views are awesome and only steps from the beach. There is a boardwalk facing restaurant/bar and store below the ocean front rooms - something to be aware of if you are expecting a quiet room.

Very nice!

The room was really nice. The view was amazing, just what we asked for. The elevator and hallways have an overabundance of automated air fresheners, two different scents and they didn't meld. They actually gave me a headache. The rooms, thank goodness, did not have them. The placement of the small couch impedes you getting out the slider to the balcony. I'm not sure why they didn't move it or flip the slider. They have a small parking lot and you have to pay $10/night to park, which was not some stated by Hotels.com. These were our only complaints. We would definitely stay here again, just calm down those air sprays!

We enjoyed our stay very much the hotel is very clean, the beds on the other hand were not comfortable to us at all very hard!! The only other thing I was not very pleased with was the fact that you have to pay 10.00 per night to park! Even in the Hotel parking lot that is! Most Hotels give you at least one spot per room not here. But other than that it is a very nice hotel.

If you are thinking about staying at this hotel, I would definitely advise you to choose another hotel. I was disappointed with my stay. They told us that we had to pay a parking fee for every night that we were staying there, even though it did not say that on the website. Our TV randomly stopped working on the first night and when we told the front desk, hours went by and we still got no help, we ended up calling again and he told us to come downstairs to get a new remote. The bathroom walls and ceiling were dirty and the bathroom door was practically glued to the floor because it was so hard to open it. At one point I thought I was locked in the bathroom. There was also rarely someone at the front desk and there would be people standing there for long periods of time just waiting to be serviced. Americana hotel, do better.
