The room was big and spacious, though the “bayview” mostly overlooked the parking lot with only small glimpses of the water. The walls are quite thin — we stayed on the 5th floor and could hear our neighbors clearly, including loud drunk guests who only quieted down after about 11pm on our first night. At check-in, we were charged an unexpected $35.40 “third-party booking” fee that wasn’t mentioned in the app, plus a $50 refundable security deposit. This made the lack of transparency even more frustrating. On the positive side, housekeeping was really good, the free lobby coffee was a nice touch, and the outdoor heated pool was enjoyable (though the water could’ve been a bit warmer). Overall, a comfortable stay with good amenities, but the thin walls and inconsistent/unannounced fees left a mixed impression.

We liked the beach view (which costs a little more ofcourse) but well worth it. The rooms arent as pretty as the public areas with dark furniture and ageing carpets and curtains. However there is a fridge and coffee machine which was welcome. The location is wondetful.

Would definitely stay here again. Staff is helpful and friendly. They provide water and coffee in the lobby. They even have books to take to the beach if you’d like. . Our room on second floor opened up to the pool area that has two pools and plenty of seating. Everything well maintained. Parked our car for three days and walked to everything Hotel is in a great location. Lots to do!

The property was modern and up to date, the 24 hr coffee bar in the lobby was nice. Free beach chairs and bicycles were a nice addition. My only complaint was the noise of minor construction projects (drilling) that began at 0930 AM....and the roller wheels on the laundry carts from the floor above....a little loud? Maybe get rubber wheels for the carts?
