Perfect beach view, perfect access to boardwalk. Kitchen setup was fine for our needs. The carpeted floor needed to be vacuumed...and the bathroom and kitchen floors should have been cleaned better as well. Last year's room was cleaner.

This was our first stay at Dunes Suites, and I'm upset we've never stayed here before! Perfect beachfront stay with a comfy bed, nice amenities, and friendly staff. I appreciated being able to cook on the stove and having lots of hooks and towel bars in the bathroom. We will definitely be staying again!
