We loved our stay here! It was so easy, so convenient. We had the gorgeous view to the ocean, the boardwalk started right there, plenty of things to do. There were two pools we could use. The room was spacious and clean, everything looked like on the pictures.

The room and view were great. The area around us couldn’t have been better, it’s close enough to downtown to walk but far enough away to not be around all the late night crowd. Only complaint is, the blinds for the window were pretty old and definetly needs to be replace, they wouldn’t even stay up

This is our second year staying at the Dunes. We love the location! It's right on the beach with a very short walk to the beach. The view from the balcony is beautiful. It's on the quieter end of the boardwalk. The rooms are clean and we had maid service every day. One thing we did not like was that people are allowed to smoke cigarettes and weed on their balconies. We are nonsmokers and were constantly smelling both. Made sitting on the balcony challenging. Also, when we checked in all the parking spaces were full and we had to park in the overflow across the street. Extremely challenging when trying to bring your luggage and packages to the room. We will be coming back and hopefully things will be better in these area.

We had an ocean front room (CLEAN) and with the view from our balcony - watching the sun rise in the morning - spectacular. The staff at the front desk were on point with selecting the better restaurants and information as to where to visit - sightsee Thank you again!!

There was very good service from the workers and it was a quiet and safe area, since the end of the board walk was right out back I was able to walk all the way down and see most of the food places and shops. I was very pleased with my stay and really enjoyed my room it had everything I needed for my stay!

Beautiful view from the room. Arrived early before check in and the lobby staff called when our room was ready. Clean room. Random handprints on the inside of the door and strange marks on ceiling. We were even greeted by bubbles from the balcony below ( due to wind) on arrival. Pleasantly surprised overall.

This was our 2nd year staying at Dunes Suites and we love it there. The location is great with direct access to the beach and bathrooms. The rooms are clean and the oceanfront views are wonderful! Having the suit with the kitchen is so great for our family. We will be back next year!

Dune’s Suites has wonderful staff, great amenities, and is very clean and safe. I had a room with a patio. I had the patio door open at night and there was no problem. It’s a nice place to stay.

Ocean view rooms are great! Nothing like catching an ocean sunrise right from your own balcony. Everything is close by and you’re right at the end of the boardwalk. Location is what makes stay at OCMD great! Rooms are fresh and relatively clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. Would stay here again.
