Great location and views. Parking was nice. Hotel definitely could use some repairs and updating but overall it was still a nice place to stay. Loved the waterfall in the indoor hottub. The only real complaint I have is that the lady that worked the front desk the evening we checked in was kind of rude.

Pleasantly surprised

We got an ocean view room. The room was a good size, for me, husband and 3 kiddos. We took a full size air bed (3 kids didn’t want to sleep together) and were able to blow it up and have in there. Balcony was a good size as well. VIEW- was wonderful- 3rd floor right above the adult pool/ Noise was afraid it would b too noisy but was not as issue. Hearing the ocean waves was awesome. CONS- the doors are VERY loud closing and kind of sucks cause you end up waking up anyone in your room trying to rest. - the AC was leaking and so the carpet in that area was very wet. - the carpet itself needs washing or replacing, felt dingy when walking in it so we only wore sandals. -shower/tub small and pressure low. Cool things- not on came equipped with plates, cutlery, dish soap, which although we didn’t use was pretty cool. Has a small table which was nice to sit and eat again we didn’t use. The indoor pool was awesome as we got so nails cool days (hurricane warning) so the kids chilled in there. The hot tub was awesome after a long day. Got busy at times but we would go around 8pm which was much better. Outdoor pools were very nice. The staff was nice enough. And loved the complimentary tea/coffee. We would def overall stay again.

I stayed at Quality Inn Boardwalk from August 8–11, 2025, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is unbeatable—right on the boardwalk with easy beach access, walkable dining options, and plenty of shops nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in was smooth. The room was clean and spacious, though a bit dated in decor. Housekeeping did a great job keeping things tidy. Parking was easy and convenient, which is a big plus in Ocean City. The pool area was well-maintained and a nice bonus for winding down after the beach. The only downside was occasional noise from the boardwalk at night, but that’s expected given the location. If you're looking for a family-friendly spot with great access to the beach and boardwalk fun, this is a solid choice. Would definitely consider staying again!

Front desk employees were rude and unhelpful. I called down to ask for toilet paper and was told I had to come to desk and get it. My son went down to get it and the lady at front desk couldn’t even look away from her phone and tossed the toilet paper onto the counter without saying a word to him. Everyone else that we encounter around the property were friendly and kind.

This hotel is old and dirty. Our tub had a dirt ring at the bottom. My daughter always brings cleaners and sanitizers but couldn’t get the ring out the bottom of the tub. The bedding was dingy. The curtains dirty, The balcony chairs dirty. The beds were very uncomfortable. On check-out the young lady at the desk was to busy on her phone to look up and and say anything other thanks it when i handed her my room keys.

It is an older hotel that is in need of some updating. For the daily price they charge for the hotel, they can hook a guest with some better amenities. Bottle water in the rooms, maybe a continental breakfast. Other than those minor details, it was a nice stay. 2 outdoor pools made it nice. Maybe designate one as adult only. My opinion of course. Very convenient location on the boardwalk . Restaurants close by. Beach access was great. All in all, it was a great stay at the Quality Inn Boardwalk.

It had been about 25 years since I stayed at the Quality Inn in OC, so I thought we’d give it a try for nostalgias sake. Big mistake. The property is run down, the front desk staff it extremely lazy, the pool facilities are dated, and the Rum Bar along the boardwalk is loud.

This was our second stay, the first wasn’t good either but we decided to give another go and I can say we won’t be doing it again. For what it cost. The pool is filthy, I had to call multiple times for sheets for the pull out, air conditioner was not working to find out it was unplugged internally, fire alarm went off first night. Room wasn’t that clean. Only positive was housekeeping was great coming daily with clean towels and making beds and such.
