The customer service from every single person that we interacted with was phenomenal! They were very attentive and always willing to help with anything. The room was very clean and the view was wonderful! We opted to get the breakfast and I am certainly glad we did! The food was fantastic and the staff, of course, were completely wonderful. The heated pool was lovely! I truly have nothing but positive things to say about the hotel. They are conveniently located, have tons of parking, great staff, great amenities, delicious food.

If you can park under building great - if not it is located across the street ..... clean and fresh did not appreciate staff waking me at 7 am to inquire if i was leaving ..... !!!!

The property was great. Pet Friendly. Travelocity should honor AAA/Government discounts. That’s a downside of buying through here. Other than that we had a really good time.

DISLIKED NO FRONT ENTRANCE TO THE BOARDWALK. HAD TO EXIT TO GROUND FLOOR THROUGH PARKING GARAGE TO SIDE STREET REQUESTED EARLY CHECKIN. PHONED TO CONFIRM. ARRIVED AT NOON. WAITED 5 HOURS FOR ROOM, WITH NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER FROM FRONT DESK. CALLED AT 5:00 - ROOM WAS READY. DISAPPOINTED.

Hello, Thank you for choosing to stay with us! I apologize the building construction was not as you expected. Regarding your room, it's almost impossible to extend early check in during the peak summer months. We always offer our pool, changing rooms and parking to guests that arrive as early as you. As noted on the website your purchased from, check in time is 5pm. We apologize if this presented an inconvenience. Andrew

Very nice hotel! Staff was pleasant & welcoming. Comfortable beds, very clean, great breakfast, confortable seats on the balcony with a perfect view right on the ocean. Really enjoyed our short stay. Will definitely go here next visit to OC.

The parking at this hotel is terrible...plan on parking somewhere down the street! The front desk staff is mean and can be downright nasty! Housekeeping make beds and removes trash, but toilet paper, tissues, towels or any other cleaning doesn't happen! Location and breakfast is good.
