The stay was great, staff was wonderful. Unfortunately, there was a group of 6 that checked in to the adjoining room. The weed and cigarette smoke started to come in to our room. The entire 7th floor smelled like it so bad that we had to leave early. The hotel was fully booked and we couldnt be moved to another room.

I booked through Expedia for a pet friendly accommodation was pleasantly surprised to be able to book at your facility. I travel with a 4 pound dog and I never looked at the website, I expected to have a pet fee. They always range from 15-30 dollars per night. Sometimes in the off-season they even waive the fee. Imagine my shock when I was told the pet fee was $200.” didn’t I look at the website?” Needless to say I was not pleased. My dog is crated when I am not in the room, she is pad trained. As I was staying only two nights the front desk did compromise and only charge me $100. My dog paid almost as much money as I did for the room. When I did check the website, it actually did say $200 dog fee per week.. it said nothing about a flat fee as I was told the next day on my calculations I should’ve paid about $30 a night which is reasonable. I am horribly horribly disappointed at the outrageous fee that I was charged for two nights. I understand that there are dogs that are not as well trained as mine. My suggestion was to make the pet fee a little clearer for people or charge a per night pet fee. That would be much more reasonable than someone paying more for the pet fee than for two nights stay in an off-season time of the year.
