The front desk staff are amazing. They were all nice and helpful. However, I ordered cleaning service and I never got it. They came in the morning and I was still sleeping. They just left a sign. Most of the hotels I stayed before would try to come for cleaning again in the afternoon.

Work trip. I did not eat breakfast. The staff was great. Always ready to help. There are two citizenM. My internet was acting up so I went to the wrong hotel. I was booked at the Nor Ma. Self check in and check out. The room was clean but small. It was a three days stay.. They clean every three days. Great hot water. I felt safe. Lots of restaurants around. Metro 5 minute walk. Great hotel!
