The room was great - compact but so well-designed that the small size was no problem! The lights, blinds, etc. are controlled from an iPad, and you can change the color and ambiance. Very cool. The area itself is close to good areas, but it kind of a boring couple of blocks (but not dodgy). Metro very close, but getting an Uber from this location was hit or miss. About a 25min walk to museums, capitol buildings, etc.

My husband and I first time staying at your hotel and we enjoyed the atmosphere very much. The only thing is the bath towels were a little hard for my skin, but apart from that everything was perfect. Excellent breakfast as well. We will definitely be back👏😇

Very handy to the National Mall and all the museums and easy 10 minute walk to The Wharf which was great. Good breakfast on offer - I was especially grateful that this included a proper flat white- not the regular drip that is so awful. WiFi was very spotty though and the first night I could not access the internet at all - a concern given I had work to do. Reception on the phone was also quite spotty and I had to leave the building a couple of times so the person on the other end could clearly hear me. Other than that, a clean hotel and helpful staff which I appreciated. This has nothing to do with the hotel but given the location, I am mystified, why are there no good cafes with good coffee nearby? (Starbucks but that definitely cannot be described as good coffee)

Really liked the general vibe and the staff was great. Walkable and safe area. Excellent breakfast and mocha. DOWNSIDE is no water pressure, seems like shared ventilation as there were several times that the room was invaded by smoke from another room. Also got locked in the very nicely appointed gym. Need to fix the pressure and add a phone to the gym.

OVER-PRICED! We paid a premium price, for an economy-class hotel experience. Our displeasure is about how much it cost vs what was delivered. The room is super small- tunnel-like, and only 8ft wide, sort of like a basic room on a cruise ship. The toilet/shower is in the room divided with frosted glass. Many tech 'gadgets' played front and center, instead of providing room comfort and space. Most of the staff we encountered were inattentive.
