We checked in around 10:30 pm, room no was 316, we had ants and some cockroaches in that bathroom, so the receptionist replaced us to equivalent room on the second floor, room 212, which had a broken AC and another mobile AC that didn't work at all and made the room hot and humid so we ended up sleepless and had a horrible night. That was before my daughter soccer tournament in OC, so really bad experience that could have been prevented, because I'm the morning, we found out that we could have been moved to 5th floor to a much better room (room no. 507) with no coacroaches and a working AC.

Nice ocean and bay views. Beach was close. Restaurants in walking distance. Staff was very pleasant. Parking was great. Need to fix air conditioning and remove the temporary fix.

Everything was great and this property wonderful. A few hiccups at the end - on the day of check out, we requested a 9am wake up call, which did not happen. Then, my husband was about to enter the bathroom for a shower at about 10am (checkout is at 11am), and housekeeping walks into our room without even knocking. Very disturbing.

Rusty, Crusty, and Dusty. Staff was not always available when needed, room service forgotten- requested, forgotten again. Location was great for a beach visit, but nothing else of consequence. Do not recommend.

The staff was very nice. The area was very close walk to everything. The room needed some help water stains above beds on ceiling. The vent in bathroom and room was past needing to be cleaned. Didn’t like how the conjoining room doors you couldn’t lock at all that’s not safe.

There was mold in the shower, stains on the towels, linens and lamp shades. The ceiling had cobwebs and so much dust. Not clean at all. Room was large which I liked and the hotel had good parking and amenities. Good location.
