The staff was non-existent. Rarely anyone behind the desk and when they were, they were staring down at their phones. Never eye contact, no friendly greeting. Most of the time you had to holler Hello to get them to come out from behind the barrier and then there was zero sense of friendliness. And at 6:00 am on a Friday, I went to the lobby to get coffee from the carafe in the lobby - it was lukewarm and stale tasting - had clearly been sitting there all night. Kinda feel like 6:00 am warrants fresh coffee for early risers. But nope. The hotel was nice enough, but please get kind and helpful people who don't stare at their phones to work the front desk.

The location was perfect! The hotel was nice and the set up was ok but it was very dirty. My bed and walls had big stains on them and i had to take my 1 year old and leave at 12am.

This property was perfect for a short stay in Ocean City. It was just a quick 10-15 minute drive to the beach, depending on how far up the strip you go. The Microtel was extremely clean, and had decent breakfast options. The pool/hot tub was so nice. Something to keep in mind, the pool area is shared with the beach bum motel which is right next door, but this was really not an issue. The location is great too, with many food options and activities nearby.

Nice hotel just outside Ocean City. Good choice if you want something more affordable than the beach hotels. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast could be a little better.

We loved everything except the itty-bitty, oddly micro pillows and the hair dryer was weak. It would be great if they added hard boiled eggs or some other protein to the breakfast buffet.

The couple things I had an issue with was the breakfast and the bathroom. The pancake machine was not working and the line for waffles was really long. Only one worker to restock which was also a bit inconvenient. The water in the tub was not draining fast enough, and it was accumulating. I don't like that. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Not happy. Barely apologized for giving my room away to someone else (who wasn’t even reserved at their hotel) same first name as me… we don’t check ID’s I guess…and then sitting there quietly with me standing there for 15 minutes. The attendant excused himself, went out to his car, came back and then told me what happened. Nothing was done to make things right. Missed out on time with my children and family. Expedia tried to rectify the situation and the hotel was not even nice to them. Acknowledged they made the mistake but did not want to go any further. I will not be staying here again.

We booked a King Suite for one night. Room was very nice size, very clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom clean. We weren’t there long enough to use lovely pool. Breakfast was adequate and coffee was delicious .
