Staff is wonderfu! Friendly and very helpful. They go above and beyond!! Rooms were ok but could use a little better detailing when cleaning. Parking is ridiculous. They have a small parking lot right behind hotel that requires an extra fee to park in. If you chose not to pay extra you have to park behind other buildings and walk thru other properties to get to the hotel. Overall other than parking it’s a nice place to stay.

Had to park two blocks away. Bathroom door wouldn’t close , tv internet terrible, dresser drawers broke, noise around refrigerator. Won’t stay again , unless we get a free 3 nights . I was very disappointed with hotel and I shared this with the staff this morning then and she didn’t bother writing any of my concerns down. Just letting you know how I feel.

Loved the room and the staff is amazing!! The view from our balcony was amazing but we hated that you can’t turn the balcony light off. You can’t clothes the curtains enough at night to block the light and you can’t really enjoy the balcony at night either because it’s like a spot light and everyone walking the board walk can see you. Also the only other issue we experienced was we get not get hot water at any point in the 3 days 3 night stay we had no matter the time of day or night. Room temperature was the best we got. The hot tub and pool were clean and relaxing.

Overall a great experience and would stay again. However, carpet was lifting at door and was a tripping hazard, there was mold/water staining to ceiling due to a leak (was painted over but still visible), and hvac unit smelt like mildew when running. Front desk lady was impolite and gave the wrong information originally about parking and ultimately told me to figure it out. Great location, and overall a very clean room. Even with things said, would stay again.
