New hotel - location near the 50 street bridge - could walk to restaurant/bar - Easy check in and got in our room before their check in time. Room layout was nice with a view of the bay from the balcony - they do not restock your room daily - we ran out of coffee, cream and sugar and when husband went to lobby to get some, none to be found. The Spain Bar on the rooftop was very good with a view of downtown. The only thing that bothered me was these little knat like bugs flying all around the room and slider. We think they were coming from the very bright outside lights on each balcony (maybe someone from management could spray). I would def stay here again and recommend it.

The room was nice enough but was missing some little touches that would have taken it from ok to great. Such as: It had no dresser… virtually nowhere to unpack your clothes. The closet was tiny with only enough height to hang up shirts, not dresses or pants. They have an amazing Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom, but nowhere to hang up your hand towel. Just little things like that. Overall, the place was clean and the staff was nice. But there was some confusion at check in where our reservation had for some reason got broken into two reservations. And they wanted us to come back and check out and check back in halfway through our stay. It was a strange request for them to ask of us. And when I said “can’t we just handle all that now so we don’t have to worry about it later, the guy was perfectly able to do that. So why ask us to do that in the first place? Just kind of weird customer service. I get the feeling that they are still a new hotel, just still getting established after having been built during COVID and they are fine tuning things. We loved the poops and the hot tub. We loved the location and the views. Plenty of off street parking. Very convenient to down town and wear ocean city. Overall, we would recommend it and we will stay there again. But we are hopeful they can sort out some of the details to help customers feel like they are getting an exemplary experience that matches the price point for staying there.

This was a great hotel stay. The hotel’s restaurant has great food but the service was very slow and needs more prompt and attentive staff. Other than that I would definitely come here again!
