The hotel is wonderfully located in the middle of all boardwalk activities. The staff is very friendly and the place is clean. However, parking is problematical with only about 6 spaces onsite, about 12 spaces down the block and the rest 2-3 blocks away. The wi-fi did not work for our entire stay and the ice maker was broken. Nice place at a good price, but showing a little age. A good value for those willing to forego a few amenities.

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful! We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again. The only thing i didn’t like but is pretty much par for the course as it is anywhere in OC is that the parking was at a premium... it was hard to find a spot right at the hotel, as they fill up fast and when we did the spaces were very tight. However, they do have a satellite lot about a half block away that you can park at and is for hotel guests only. The parking to me is a minor detail and would not effect me staying here again.
