The beds are hard as a rock and the shower only had 1 temp! Hot! We had to be shown how to work the TV and the lights by the bed work weird! Will not stay here again. Parking SUCKED! And the room had holes in the walls. There was also a pan with mold growing in it under out AC on the balcony. GROSS! The windows look like they have never been cleaned as well.

They got our room ready early so that was a place. The location is good! The parking situation is awful. They only have a couple of spaces right at the hotel. The rest of the parking is 2 blocks away. The rooms are kinda small. For the price I was expecting a lot more. Stayed at a much cheaper hotel the night before for half the price and enjoyed it much more. The staff was friendly though.

Great location!

The hotel stay was definitely great overall. Great service, location, and value. My only complaint was the lighting in the room was very minimal. The lamps barely lit up the room at night.

The staff is extremely nice, rooms are fine for the money, it’s not the Hilton but very clean, parking is a pain, probably biggest downfall of the hotel, no pool. Beds are not very comfortable, but overall well worth the money, great location extremely nice staff

Great Value for the Money!

The hotel staff were very hospitable! The room was very clean and had great amenities (big mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, sink, desk, extra seating). The ocean view room had a nice view of the bay and ocean. If you like being in all the action that comes with the boardwalk and first street then you'll love this location.

Hotel was clean, staff were very friendly, it was directly in front of the Boardwalk which was a great plus. Despite that, it was still quiet. I will be staying here again if I ever come to visit!

Associates and staff were all super friendly. Room was very clean great view of the ocean. Only things i didn't like was parking was 2 blocks away in a super tiny lot not easy to park if you have any big vehicle's. Besides the parking issue was a great experience.

The parking was very limited I was lucky to find a very tight spot to squeeze into but I was limited on travel since I didn’t want to lose my parking spot no parasailing or ocean rocket for me :(, the hotel was clean but when I went to check in the hotel staff was non existent I was calling and calling stood there about 10 min before I saw a staff member to check me in.
