The outside pool and beachfront view is amazing. The staff were accommodating and nice. Sadly the hallways and rooms need some serious renovations. The carpet throughout the building smells and is old and dingy. The bathrooms need to be redone.

NOT A GOOD PLACE!!!
I paid quite a bit of money for oceanfront and we did not have ocean front. When I said something to the person at the front desk she dismissed it and said she would tell someone else and we heard nothing. For being a Holiday Inn IHG hotel It was very dated a complete facelift. I understand it's a kid-friendly hotel and that's perfectly fine but when you have such a small pool and such a small hot tub for such a big hotel that's crazy. You allowed little ones in the hot tub with nose supervision and at times you looked over at the hot tub and there was nothing but like 15 from the age of four to the age of 10 swimming in the hot tub personally I think that's very unsafe and there should have been monitoring in that area. They allowed groups of 20 or more outback playing a radio way past midnight and again it's summer I understand people are on vacation but some people need to sleep too especially those with little ones. I have to say for the money that we spent It definitely was not worth it and we will not be staying there again

Not worth the cost due to the very dated room.
The hotel was clean, but the room on the 8th floor; that we stayed in was very dated. Not at all worth the price charged to stay. Despite my calling ahead and requesting an upper level and "Nice room". Being a IHG rewards member had no influence/benefit. Management stated at time of check-out; that I should have requested a renovated room; and they had a group that insisted on all renovated rooms; and then apologized for the inconvenience. I was not happy at all.

we paid extra for a garden view balcony. we received a parking lot view & they would not and did not reimburse any money for the mistake. The front door was falling off and the floors were not very clean. For all the money paid I expected extremely better conditions than we experienced. I have stayed here many times before and it was fine. This time was more Motel Vides than a Resort.

The pool area was nice and well kept with quick access to the beach. Pool bar closes by 6, and the weekends it is quite packed. The hotel itself is very dated, the rooms are musty, and the kitchenette is barely functioning.

Staff are very friendly. The hotel is a little outdated, however it's well maintained. Parking is very easy with free 6 spots car chargers for electric cars.
